Front desk is okay. Rooms are average. Lights are dim; lamps twice we stayed there have been broken. This hotel is clearly managed on a shoe-string. It needs lots of attention. The beds are comfortable and the shower runs hot water. Location was not a problem...but broken lamps and smoke detectors are hazards. It is advertised having a fitness center.... more

I was placed at this hotel (not by my choice) for a 2 week business trip. I was accompanied on this trip by my toddler daughter. The outside and lobby looks pretty decent, however, when you get into the rooms, they basically look no better than cheap Motel 6 rooms. This is a decent hotel, nothing spectacular. It's more affordable than staying in Destin itself. The staff is nice and helpful. Don't expect luxury though. more
