The Night Swan was my first stop on a cross country trip with my dog. Louie. We both enjoyed our stay. They were so welcoming to us and the room was clean and nicely designed. The location is also very nice, across the street from the Bay and a private dock. more

I just ended my third trip to New Smyrna and third stay at the Night Swan and it's perfect. Easy to get to, central to major roads and shopping as well as restaurants. Martha and Chuck manage to treat everyone like old friends and try to make the visit as fun and relaxed as possible. They are a wealth of info for ideas of where to eat, where to shop and what to see and... more

The owners of this place held my personal property hostage until I paid for a room that I NEVER slept in! When I arrived I was told how to get to my room. When I got upstairs only one door was open and I thought it was my room (since this is where I was told to go), I put my things down on the bed, and left to join my family (who were preparing... more

We are aware of the guest situation from July 2008. After more research, we remembered more facts about this unusual guest experience. The guest did not have a reservation in her name for the night. The bride mentioned that an additional guest may arrive who was to share a room with another wedding guest. The guest never checked in with an Innkeeper. During the Innkeeper’s early morning coffee and newspaper rounds, we determined that someone...

My wife & I wanted to do something special for a close couple we enjoy traveling with and introduced them to a B&B. Night Swan was picked for it's location (quite), docor, close to the ocean and many nearby resturants... especially The Garlic. Night Swan was better than expected, and my wife has higher standards to appease. Very roomy, well-appointed and excellent breakfasts. I real treat. Must go again... more

My fiancee and I went for a romantic engagment get-a-way weekend and we were very impressed. We stayed in the Dolphin Domain room and it had the most amazing view of the water! The setting was by far the most romantic I have ever seen! The staff treated us like royalty the entire stay. From the fresh baked homemade cookies in our room, to making our reservations for dinners, to the jaccuzzi bathtub and relaxing... more

My husband and I flew in from Australia for a family reunion, patriarch's birthday... nine of the group booked into the Night Swan and all had a fantastic time. I just could not say enough good things about our accommodations, food and amenities... it was all so friendly and relaxed, well-priced. So good that my husband and I have booked it again for three nights over the election this November, visiting the in-laws again. I... more

We visit New Smyrna Beach often, and we usually stay on the beach. For Labor Day weekend, we planned a last minute get-away and discovered the Night Swan. It is right before you go over the bridge to New Smyrna Beach. You have a lovely view of the intercoastal, and there is a dock across the street from the B&B. It consists of several homes, but we stayed in the main house. Parking was behind... more

This place was amazing! I tagged along with my husband while he was there on business and I wasn't sure what to expect at first. As soon as we got there, we were shown to our room and it was incredible. A perfect view of the lake and dock and it was so relaxing and comforting. You can see the dolphins playing in the water all day - directly across the street! As well, the... more

We were staying in New Smyrna Beach for a family gathering and our initial hotel plans fell through. We were lucky to find an open room at Night Swan and were thrilled with what we found. It is actually a compound of four houses situated directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. The main house is approximately 100 years old and has been retrofitted for modern convenience while maintaining the antique look and feel. Our room was... more
