Knock on wood we must be very lucky or just have pretty low standards. I always worry because of the reviews but once again, everything is fine. I really don't know what people are expecting. Granted we exchanged through interval so we didn't pay but $200. I called a couple of weeks ahead of time and asked to be in... More

We have been repeat customers there for a few years. We rent one of the "cottages" right on the beach. They have been updated but could still use a bit of maintenance. The kitchens have been renovated and the bathroom sinks are done. The tubs need to be replaced and the doors need paint-and the front doors are not the... More

There are at least three different buildings, we stayed at the Royal Palms (811 S. Atlantic ave?). There are eight parking places for twenty two units, sooo.... Anyway, we parked at the main building and walked, not that bad but at least one parking confrontation occurred while we were here. We stayed in a partial ocean view unit 3204, unfortunately... I came to the resort expecting to have a beach view and to at least have a clean resort. When we came into the main building, they told us that we were in the back building. Fan palm. The unit was dirty and disappointing. My family came in and we saw two big dirty stains on the couch, very little... More

Spent a week at the beach. Accommodations were adequate in Atlantic building of complex. . Elevator under repair most of week. Thanks for being on 1st floor. Could use updating. 2 out of 3 tv old style. We love the area. Good resteraunts. Shops on Atlantic Ave are good with good places to eat and shop. Prefer Coconut 1 which... More

Staff were great, stay was great. We have been to several beaches, but this combination of pool and playground right on the beach and incredibly easy beach access were game changers. Our daughters are 6 and 9 and they thoroughly enjoyed the daily pool-side crafts and games. There was a charge for crafts and food (of course) but both were... More

I have stayed here many times and always had a nice stay. Not this time! We were put over at Royal Palm, 3 buildings down from the main building. The pool is horrible-small and looked very dirty. The grounds were filthy with maid carts and dirty rags all over the ground floor. The suite is in desperate need of an... More

Horrible experience!!! Expensive stay. Staff was rude passed themselves off as members of management when they weren't which caused problems for my entire vacation. As well as my families stay. The air conditioning was out entire week and maintenance was in and out and never fixed the problem. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at this resort. Super 8 would... More

The employees are not happy to be there. The self proclaimed "Pool Police" made sure everyone knew that she would be watching every move. The "2nd" bed, a pull out, cannot be used even for children. Overall, the place was clean and orderly. However, the unhappy attitude that was prevalent was a negative draw on everyone. For a vacation spot... More

I am so sorry for the negative vibes that you seemed to have experienced during your recent visit with us. In speaking with the "pool police", I was assured that the comment was made in jest, reacting to a co-workers comment. As I was not there to witness the interaction, I can only go by the two versions of the... More

It's Not bad. Its kept Clean. It Has all the basics. Its Close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. There is No restaurant or store. The pool is very popular with the families with kids. It's a timeshare so you will have the promotional sales pitch about buying or upgrading, but that's expected.
