Wonderful early seventies motel still with original decor but very comfortable. Fantastic position near beach and Naples pier. A gem in the midst of a very upmarket residential area - we just love it.

If your looking to use the Naples Fishing Pier pretty much walk out your front door. One block from beach. Front desk was so nice and accommodating. We ended up staying an additional nite. Off season affordable for sure.

The staff are very rude and unprofessional. They switched rooms after they were booked 6 months in advance. The roods and bathrooms are dirty and stinky besides being old and outdated. The electricity is scary and has no fire alarms. It has no reachable outlets and no lights to go with all the light swtches. Was just a terrible experience... More

Rude, clueless staff-- booked months in advance and they switched rooms promised.....old, icky......tiniest bathroom ever, no lights in 2nd BR.....never again! Location fantastic -- close to shops but tiny, tiny 2nd BR and bath and no real plugs for chargers and hair dryers. Seriously, horrid little place!

Situated not far from all the very luxurious mansions, this was a greatbfind on our road trip. Welcomed by Steve at the reception that is like one from TV, but in a nice way. You feel that this place is popular, and been going ages. The pool is clean and warm, the laundry room cheap and efficient. Rooms clean and... More

Mariner Apartments and Motel is an older, two-story Motel across the street from the famous Naples Pier. You simply can't beat the location. The motel is older (built in the mid 60's) but is kept clean and is in an area that is safe and adjacent to multi-million dollar homes. The rooms are either 1 or two bedrooms (we stayed... More

The Mariner is Naples hidden Gem. On this business trip, we passed on the chain hotels next to the highway and chose a 2 bedroom apartment at the Mariner. It's old Florida, 2 story concrete building (elevator) surrounding a lush tropical courtyard. Sparkling clean swimming pool, very friendly folks in the office. The apartments are small, very clean, 2 baths... More

We have been visting the Mariner for over 18 years. We come across from our share apartment in Pompano for two or three nights to lovely Naples. The apartments are dated but always clean and fresh, although our stays have always been short we have always been treated with courtesy by the owner and the staff. It is good to... More

After searching online for hotel rates in Naples, we decided to not book with any hotels until we could see the surrounding areas, since the rates were pretty high. Well, we arrived in Naples on a Thursday and drove to the beach and the pier first. The beach is awesome, the sand is so white and the water so clear.... More

We had an unbelievably terrible experience here. Following some nasty-looking clouds chasing a group of us from the beach, we decided to gather at our friend's rental here to wait out the impending rain. Since the places are so small, the natural place to gather was around the pool area- our children swam and we stood nearby. Let me make... More
