We booked this hotel after looking at the reviews on trip advisor and we were not disappointed. Everything was as described on the hotel website. The room was HUGE. The bed was HUGE!! Both were really comfortable. The bathroom was small but perfectly formed and everything was spotlessly clean! We loved the location of the hotel - quiet but near... More

Things I loved with the Lemon Tree In: -Very nice location, walking distance from restaurants at night -friendly staff -lemonade at the front desk! yummy! -clean room -very quiet (which is rare). Things I didn't like: -Internet was so SLOW... I was there for work, and nothing was working properly. -The breakfast was really.... not that good, very cheap items.... More

We stayed one night here and really enjoyed the old-Florida ambience and great location. Very friendly desk staff, and we appreciated the parking spot right outside our door since it was pouring rain when we arrived. The property has been in business here since 1939, and while it shows its age in some ways (some rust, a little peeling paint... More

We stayed here for two nights at the start of our spring break. The check-in staff was very helpful with suggestions for our one day excursion to the Everglades. The room was clean, and quiet. We were the last room, and didn't really have good wifi reception in our room, but just outside in the courtyard it was fine. This... More

First the positive stuff: Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice location. BUT... when we checked in, we were greeted by a salamander and his family in our room. Absolutely no go. The room itself was not very clean and the sheets had many stains. On our last day, the heating broke and we had only cold water for shower. I would... More

We loved this hotel: perfect location near the beach and the restaurants; quiet (if far from the road); spacious family room Even the "weak" points are not that weak: breakfast was better than what I read; the pool was bigger than expected... Congratulations to the owners: they deserve it!

I had read so much about how expensive Naples was before arriving here. We checked the Lonely Planet guide and this hotel was listed as a decent budget option in a good location, so we booked it the night before we arrived on our drive down from Sanibel. I think it was the best value for money hotel I have... More

This is a motel which has a central garden and pool that is the delightful part of the inn. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Their breakfast is prepackaged bagels and muffins with coffee and juice - we ate out after one day! The staff is very friendly. It's centrally located very near Fifth ave with many upscale... More

This place, best thought of as a motel, was the very definition of "funky." The rooms were arranged in a "U,", with a garden and pool in the center. As others have noted, landscaping and fencing give a private feel to the place. The rooms are large. Ours had a reasonable bed and mahogany furniture that looked like it might... More

I just spent a few days at the Lemon Tree Inn. Although it is on a busy street and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue, it feels like an oasis. The rooms surround a garden, gazebo, and pool. My room was clearly well-used but very clean. The pool and pool area were clean and pleasant.... More
