Motel looks like an "old school" Florida motel from exterior. Our room (with kitchenette) was lovely and completely updated with a comfortable bed and nice, new furnishings in room. Bathroom was a touch awkwardly designed but not bad, motel in nice location with easy parking, very clean. Some of the units had screen porches which seemed pleasant for a rainy... More

Great spacious rooms with a beach feel to it with a dash of Tommy Bahama style, The beds are so comfortable you will want to take the mattresses home! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The property has a boutique feel as it is small and the pool is never crowded. At times you may have the pool to yourself.... More

Location is OK. This place hasn't seen a renovation in 20+ years. Breakfast is awful. They serve bagels in a plastic bag with one toaster and no cereals of any kind. The juice is from a machine, I wouldn't even call it a breakfast. I asked for a second pillow and it was a whole production, the lady had to... More

This is a great place to stay for easy walking access to downtown Naples and even the beach so long as you are prepared for quite a long walk through the suburbs (some interesting properties to look at along the way). All rooms a single-storey so no danger of anyone disturbing you from above by walking about all night (my... More

Let's face it....you are in Naples, Florida, but this is just a plain ol' motel. Just Ok...not sure why everyone writes that it is clean....not really. Maybe my standards are different, but the corners of every room was very dirty. There was a piece of dirt, (I hope it was food) on the bathroom door. I don't like a place... More

Going by the long list of great reviews this place has, we were quite shocked that we didn't enjoy our experience there. Firstly the positive points, the Lemon Tree is in a great location for 5th Avenue and is within easy waking distance (5 mins). The garden and pool area are nice, the pool was heated quite warm, which was... More

Cozy little property with reasonable rates for the Naples area. I found my room clean and comfortable. Really like the porch and wooden rocking chairs. Parking is only a few steps from your room. The courtyard has a pool and gazebo and has verdant landscaping. The neighborhood is safe and you can walk to 5th street in 5 minutes or... More

Staying at this hotel was a real treat. I hated to leave. The staff was lovely, friendly, smiling the whole time. Very efficiently run. We had a room with a screened in porch and sat out late into the night without a care, no mosquitoes at all. The room was comfortable, it could have been even better if it had... More

What a great spot to stay on our way to Key West. We were pleasantly surprised with our time here, the vibe is laid back and very friendly staff. A little pricier than some places in town but you get a really great ambiance for a few bucks more. Wish we had stayed a bit longer!

I just love this cute lil place. I got lucky and am in the newly remodeled king room looking at the pool. Service is great! I looked at several hotels around and wasn't impressed, se ole thing. I wanted something cozy and cute. From the outside on highway 41 it doesn't look like much, but rooms are fantastic, all themed... More
