Lovely hotel, great clean room and luxurious bathroom. Friendly (dutch) host who showed us the way through a roadmap in Naples. Free parking, free wifi, breakfast included, quiet location near a nice neighborhood, just check in at 4:00 pm. Go especially to the pier where you can see dolphins and pelicans. It is paid parking at the pier cash (only... More

An extremely pleasant stay. Staff very pleasant. Room well furnished and very clean. Missed the pleasure of the pool but it really looked fine. Front desk extremely helpful and able to assist in planning our local trips.

Everyone was really nice. People were very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. It feels like you're staying at your grandmother's old mansion. Bathrooms are huge for hotel standards (separate bath tub and shower, large counter) Comfortable beds and pillows. The AC was a bit noisy (air unit) but I didn't really need it, so I just... More

This place is located right in the heart of old Naples within easy walking distance of shops, pubs, restaurants and Tin City. It is an old building, very tastefully decorated throughout. The staff were exceptional, our room was great, the bathroom huge, and everything was very clean. There is a small bottle bar off the lobby a nice garden area... More

Not quite making the grade. It is a great location, (5 mins to 5th and 15 mins to S 3rd) well maintained, with very comfortable and spacious rooms, and largem well-appointed batchrooms. The beds have tempurpedic mattresses. It's the first time I have slept on one, and will definitely be my last. Otherwise, I would say that the hotel lacks... More

We stayed at the Trianon and had a great time. We chose the hotel for location as we want to be able to walk and bike to our destinations instead of driving. The Trianon is a wonderful place for walking and it is the first time we have been happy with the walkability of a hotel in Florida. There are... More

From the minute you walk into this wonderfully decorated Hotel to the impeccable service provided by the Front Desk folks like Peter, April and John, you know your visit will be special. Everything is just perfect including being only two blocks from 5th Ave.

The best thing about the hotel is the location just off of 5th. A five minute walk took me to all the festivities of Fat Tuesday. The Mardi Gras celebration is always fun for the family in Naples. The price is not cheap by any means however the main entrance is very pretty with a circular driveway the rooms are... More

The hotel is traditional, clean and polished in appearance and has a classic feel about it. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, it has some parking that gets full, but it is easy to park in the street. Our room was large, with good quality traditional fitments. It was quiet until the A/C unit kicks in which was noisier... More

The only thing that this hotel has going for it is location. We could not sleep because the air conditioning made loud noises throughout the night. You also can hear airport noise. The hotel implies that breakfast is included, but charges $8 per person for very bad coffee and carb heavy fare such as grocery store bagels, muffins and some... More
