This hotel on Tamiami Trail is located within easy access to shopping and excellent restaurants. We had a wonderful visit. They serve a very good breakfast included with the room. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The free WiFi worked very well.

The hotel is clean and modern. The housekeeping staff was friendly. We were allowed to check in an hour early and given a 2 hour late check out. The girl at the front desk was genuinely friendly and outgoing. Absolutely recommend this location.

We're LOYAL Hilton stayers, but because of the online reviews we almost stayed at another chain. SO glad we didn't. We were upgraded to a one of a kind double room suite - awesome because we were traveling with kids. Although an older hotel, very smart renovation! Would highly recommend and definitely stay here in the future.

Location is great. Many restaurants to pick from in the area. Most attractions are close and short driving distance. The bad: Breakfast that was offered needs to improve. The eggs were uneatable. You can get hard boiled instead. Long wait for the one waffle machine, oatmeal not that appealing...gave it a pass. Others choices were OK.

Great facility, very clean, nice pool, welcoming and friendly staff goes out of their way. Complimentary breakfast a nice plus. Excellent location, with lots within walking distance or short ride. Highly recommend.

The Naples Hampton has real class from checkin to checkout. They could provide world class training for other organizations. I am an independent type of traveler but it is encouraging to encounter this type of service and attitude from all the employees. I'm sure if I needed something, they would go out of their way to provide.

Good central location close to area attractions. Hotel rooms could use some upgrading to include more drawer space for extended stays, digital wall thermostats, Ethernet cable for personal computers to improve WIFI connectivity, firmer bed pillows, towels that feel and appear fresher, and room housekeeping that replaces cups daily as needed and an extra toilet paper roll when needed.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay for two nights in Naples FL. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. We especially liked the location on Tamiami Trail; close to everything we wanted to visit.

As per prior reviews - this is not up to the usual Hampton Inn standard. My preference for years has been Hilton/Hampton Inn as, no matter where I was, I could rely on an acceptable standard for a clean room with enough amenities to make it comfortable - but not Ibis/Premier/Travelodge basic and bare cells. One of my primary reasons to stay at Hampton Inns across the nation is consistency of product. Sad to report for the first time ever I was disappointed and felt this particular property fell short.
