The golf resort is half the price for now but slated for a jillion dollar remodeling soon like the Beach Resort. This newly remodeled Ritz at the beach was such a disappointment even though the property itself is quite gorgeous. The rooms are nothing to rave about, the bathroom was the worst. NO bathtub and are you ready, PLASTIC shower... More

This review is simple, it's the Ritz. I've stayed here before and it does not change. You are treated like you want to be treated. Ask for something and they get it. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The restaurants are excellent and if you ask for something different or special they make it happen. Great place.

We visited the Ritz in Sept 14 for 5 nights for our honeymoon. Whilst the hotel was unbelievably quiet (which was fantastic for us) the staff treated us like royalty and service is 100% The only comment I would make was that on an evening the choice of restaurants was limited. We tried to eat at The Terraza however it... More

Just returned from this amazing property - contemporary elegance would best describe the rooms and public spaces - the lush landscaping is beautiful - service "top-notch" - music in the lobby on Friday and Saturday were a wonderful touch - If you are looking for a place to be pampered - this is a great choice!

Generally speaking this is a great classic place on the beach. Upgraded and modernized in a very nice way to give a modern feeling but still keeping the classic and traditional look. Excellent service, superb location, nice blend of leisure facilities and very good mix of restaurants. In short Ritz Naples deliver on all its promises. Here is a run... More

We planned to spend a week in the Ritz and spent 12. Room 523 was beautiful with excellent beds and view with balcony. The service is classic Ritz and the pools were very good. The kids are separated from the adults. The only irritating problem if you are not on a conference rate and you are "in season" the bill... More

This is worth the trip, I really liked this place for work. Not sure if I would take my family, but again, it was very nice. Great pool, good food and the shopping was pretty close by shuttle. Naples is Naples so you know what you're getting into if this is your vacation.

I recently went here to celebrate a very special graduation for a wonderful young lady…the five of us women had an incredible time. We stayed on the Club Level which was beyond our expectations…the personnel….Ellen, Estrella, Horace, Blanka et al were superb…They never said "NO"…..the staff at Bites, in particular "Mary" were also very attentive….Our bellman Michael seemed like he... We stayed at the Ritz because my husband was attending a conference...so while he attended meetings, we hung out at the beach and pool. Watson and Theo at the pool are superstars-checking to make sure your umbrella is positioned correctly. Yes, you do need to wake up early to reserve chairs, but it's worth it to be able to watch...
