Front desk cold upon check in, restaurant ok but not great. staff not very friendly and never smiled. Bar excellent and Strip House outstanding. I stayed here in April, as part of a 2 day business meeting. The service is very friendly and efficient. The rooms are comfortable. The building itself is a bit dated, but the Waldorf brand is still in the process of updating this property.
