This was my second time staying at the hotel and everything was fantastic. The front desk clerks are nice and even called after I had gotten into the room to make sure we were comfortable with our accommodations. The area is quiet, but don't be fooled.... there is plenty to do in Naples (especially if you're with your with family).... More

We stayed here 5 years ago and returned due to having such an excellent previous experience. Our room was a deluxe 2 bedroom suite with all the amenities and flexibility for self catering but with the added bonus of maid service every day. The resort is safe, clean and relaxing and a good price too! There is internet access in... More

Stayed end June / July 2009 and had a wonderful first family holiday. Our 10 month old daughter was greeted at reception with a rubber ducky which made her stay, as did the ducks that would sit outside the room everyday. Accomadition was lovely. We had a one bed (kingsized) apartment and everything we requested was provided - ground floor,... More

We have just returned from a week's stay at the Park Shore Resort and found it to be a good value for money option in what is an expensive town to stay. The accommodation was exactly as described on the website and is well maintained and clean. The pool is lovely and warm and despite the usual early morning 'sun... More

The grounds are beautiful (just as pictured) staff was very friendly and accomodating. The unit was quiet, clean with the exceptions of a few ants. It is not centrally located, had to drive to everything including the beach. Al in all a good value for the area.

Let me clarify...The word "resort" is somewhat misleading. Yes there is a nice warm pool--clean and well maintained. Yes there is a 4 person hot tub--small but clean and warm. No, they aren't open after dusk - we're supposed to be getting ready for night, night at 7 pm. Yes there are 4 tennis courts, volleyball and shuffleboard - not... More

We have just returned from a week at the Park Shore. The accomodation exceeded our expectations, fully equipped kitchen, good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The screened balcony is ideal. The accommodation and the resort itself is very clean and well maintained. Publix supermarket and restaurants about 5 mins walk away. Just one point to note - the Island Pub opens... More

We arrived from the UK in mid august for 2 weeks and had a delightful break. The accomodation is very nice, clean, exactly as described and was a good size condo and the actual resort was perfect for our needs. We have 2 kids (11 + 14) and they were able to use the pool all times of the day... More

First visit and many more to come! My husband and I chose this resort for our Honeymoon. One bedroom condo. It sits in a very clean quiet neighborhood. Walgreens and Publix are w/in walking distance; would not recommend KMART. It was very trashy and the employees very rude. The Resort does not offer breakfast at the Pub which doesn’t open... More
