The room was noisy from the floor above, no insulation. You could hear every foot step and shower/toilet operation. This was my second time staying at the hotel and everything was fantastic. The front desk clerks are nice and even called after I had gotten into the room to make sure we were comfortable with our accommodations. The area is quiet, but don't be fooled.... there is plenty to do in Naples (especially if you're with your with family).... more

The grounds are beautiful (just as pictured) staff was very friendly and accomodating. The unit was quiet, clean with the exceptions of a few ants. It is not centrally located, had to drive to everything including the beach. Al in all a good value for the area. more

Let me clarify...The word "resort" is somewhat misleading. Yes there is a nice warm pool--clean and well maintained. Yes there is a 4 person hot tub--small but clean and warm. We have just returned from a week at the Park Shore. The accomodation exceeded our expectations, fully equipped kitchen, good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The screened balcony is ideal. The accommodation and the resort itself is very clean and well maintained. Publix supermarket and restaurants about 5 mins walk away. Just one point to note - the Island Pub opens... more
