We found the hotel and the resort very nice, it's silent, but there where 2 big issues why we immediately checked out after the 1st night. We came to the room and found 2 cockroach running in the living room, killed them thought they would be the only one's but we found more in the kitchen. We changed the room... More

Pros: - Nice sundeck area away from pool area - for the adults - Nice with 2 baths and full kitchen in units - especially for families - Location is good with ample parking and no traffic noise Cons: - Pool area on the small side and no kids pool - Weak or no internet in rooms - Due to... More

We are presently in the midst of a one week stay at Park Shore and we have found it to be quite nice. We travel through Global Connections and have been disappointed on occasion with some accomodations. This is not one of those times. Park Shore consists of small two bedroom condos with full kitchens and a good size lanai.... More

We stayed in Apt. 329. It was not well maintained. Very dirty and smelly. Drains in master very slow. Rugs had many spots. This was a privately owned unit. Complained to the owner and the rental company, but given no satisfaction. While the balcony was nice, the resort had ducks which roost on coverings near the balcony and they leave... More

This resort was built in the mid 80s and it shows. We came here after an extended stay in Old Naples and had hoped for a better experience after reading many positive reviews on TripAdvisor. When we opened the door to the condo, we were immediately greeted by the very nauseous smell of a strong cleaning product that would not... More

My husband and I recently stayed at the Park Shore Resort in Naples Florida. We had a two bedroom two bath condo with a full modern kitchen and screened in balcony. The resort also had a lovely pool, restaurant, lobby with free internet access, free parking. It was centrally located. It was a great value and a really nice stay.... More

We came to Naples last February (2011) to locate a condo for annual 2-month winter get-aways from Michigan. We looked many places, but found most both very expensive, and seeming to be empty 'ghost towns' in the afternoon. (for example, a very attractive development further from the Gulf, known as Falling Waters, we assume most of those residents are still... More

Stayed in Apartment 234 which is a deluxe unit at Park Shore being slightly larger than the others. We all had a wonderful relaxed time, the shops and restaurants nearby were convenient and unlike Americans, we walked to most of them. The apartment was in great condition and everything was supplied to make our holiday relaxing. We didn't want to... More

Every year my college Swim and Dive team travels to Naples for training trip for about 8-10 days. Ever since my Freshman year (I am now a Junior) we've been staying at The Park Shore Resort. When we stay there each room holds 6 people. There is a pull out couch (which holds two people), a side room with two... More

stayed here for a family wedding..rooms large..was like a small apt..full kitchen..pool area nice..grocery store near by. Overall feel was of an apartment complex. not enough towels for a place that sleeps six so be sure to ask for more. Not fancy but would be great if you had kids with you, much more space than a standard hotel room More
