This hotel is truly superb, the suite was spacious , furnished to a high standard and clean. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. The spa is out of this world and the gym was nothing short of world class. I have booked a further stay over the xmas period and cannot wait!! more

Having stayed at one of the privately rented Cottages in April'09, we returned in October and were not disappointed. The Hotel and Pools were quiet and pretty much had them to ourselves. The Staff at the Hotel and Spa were helpful and friendly, although at $20/day to use the Club and Pools, you kind of expect nothing less. more

My experience at the Naples Bay Resort was very good. We had a late check in around 9:00 p.m., it was excellent. We were greeted by the hotel personnel by name, check in was very quick. The only thing I was surprised by was the Resort fee. (It was not mentioned in the amenities or requirements for the resort stay.)... more
