I will agree with the other posts, this was a basic hotel, but it seemed clean, quiet, nice balcony, good parking right outside the door. I was told there was no wifi apart from in reception, not a problem, starbucks was just over the road. However, i was there over spring break and it was deffinetly NOT cheap for what... More

This place was probably built in the 40's and hasn't seen any renovation since. The door to my room had a gap you could see sunlight through; the floor so dirty, my white socks became black. The wi fi didn't work. No fridge. No coffee pot. A loud rattling WINDOW air conditioner. If the cops are after you or you're... More

We chose this as we like vintage accommodations. The room #7 had decent wifi as we were close to the front. Simple room, king bed, small fridge and microwave. Room and bathroom were clean. Like previous posts it is a bit rundown needing new paint, screens etc but it served us well. Air conditioner looked new. Tile floor. Lanai has... More

My three kids and I were looking for an inexpensive place to spend a night in Naples and this was perfect. Just a basic room with two marshmallow like beds, window unit AC and old fashioned tile bathrooms. Very close to the Beach and 5th Ave. The pool was good. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Need to know that... More

We were looking for a cheaper place for one night so we picked this due to convenient location. While it was clean, it was very basic, like the kind of cheap old fashioned room you'd see 40 years ago. The bathroom needed updating badly and the mattress wasn't the greatest. We didn't use the pool which looked ok. We likd... More

Quite old fashioned but the rooms are spacious and clean. It is also well located, not far from 5th street (main street). Careful with the wifi that is super bad except at the lobby. To opt for just for a couple of nights if you are passing through Naples briefly and looking for an inexpensive option.

Pros: Just four block from bustling 5th Street shops and dining, and a short spin from mansions, beach, sunset vantage spots and the highly recommended city zoo. Washer and dryer available for guests. Con: Brusque, uncordial check-in after being called at 3:30 p.m. to see when we'd arrive -- an odd touch. (Office closes at 7:30 p.m.)

The motel and room were shabby and poorly maintained. However the bed was comfortable and the mattress looked new. There was no sign of mould and the staff did try to tidy the room. The room was extraordinarily small and the TV was mounted way too high. Wifi was limited to an outdoor covered patio. The location was the only... More

I've stayed in Naples several times and it's a place where you have a simple decision to make when it comes to accommodation. You can either go for a good location and pay a lot of money or go for something cheaper and end up miles away from the action. This place is that rarest of things, a good compromise.... More

We booked this motel because there were not many budget options in this city. If you are on a budget and do not expect this to be the Hilton, this place should work for you. Realize that most rooms do not have wi fi. The rooms themselves were a bit dated with some issues in the molding and windows. One... More
