The services were wonderful and service was accommodating. The King size bed was wonderful and inviting with fridge, stove free wifi microwave, tons of storage aircondition was good. The location was perfect and they had an awesome book in the room for you to get around. Great location, for beach 5 minute drive.

Big Red in the office is a BULLY! She is prejudice ( "an unfavorable opinion or feeling formed beforehand or without knowledge, thought, or reason") towards people of color. She also shows favor upon European guests, as well as those with deep pockets. Good Luck living up to her standards. The weekly "deal" off season obviously does not pertain to... More

When staying with us at the Fairways Inn of Naples all of our guests are required to show ID and register who is staying in the room. It is unsafe and against code to allow to many people in a smaller room with one bed. We have many types of rooms available with several bedding options for larger families and... More

Employees were very pleasant, rooms were ok nothing special. Walls very thin where you can hear everything from the room next door! The grounds were maintained and the inn was clean. Continental breakfast was nothing but a cheap pastry and lousy coffee. Decent coffee is in the office. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent value overall: Good price, helpful staff, lovely rooms and property. Lock was broken on our sliding door to the courtyard. Staff got it locked for security but we couldn’t use that door. Office closes at 8 pm.

Hotel is in a relatively good location, Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park was about four miles away. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, microwave, refrigerator. Although the hotel is very old, it is well-kept and has beautiful landscaping. Breakfast was very weak, even though it was ending at 10:00 am, already at 8:45 am there was no bread or bagels, also... Stayed for a week. Scheduled again for a month next February. Loved the pool which is secluded and expertly maintained. I Don't understand any review that said pool was not heated( I'm glad I ignored that review) Breakfast is ok. (Cereal and bagels limited choices) Location is ideal. Our favorite beach, Wiggons Pass is just down the street. This beach... More

This is a really homely hotel in more ways than one. You get a very warm welcome, complete with home made cookies. Although, like any home, it is not slick like the Hilton or Holiday Inn. We stayed in one of their rooms with a kitchenette - which included a huge American fridge freezer and also some microwave popcorn. The... More

My wife and I stayed here and used a phone app to locate a quick hotel after attending a business function. We were pleasantly surprised to find this property available at a great rate. The room was great for multiple day stays with an array of amenities including a kitchen & living/dining area. Our room opened up directly into the... More

My son stayed here and recommended it to me for a 14 day stay. Rooms and grounds were clean, staff awesome and area close to everything! It would have been fun/nice to have a tiki bar/restaurant on site, but quiet & affordable. I would definitely stay again!

I am very sorry to assign such a bad score but they made their best to deserve it. I stayed at this hotel in March, one night (thank God), on a tour with my husband. The room, a superior one, needed an urgent refurbishment: flimsy walls, we can hear even whispers of the neighbours, noisy fridge, noisy air con (probably... More
