The brand new hotel is a standard Marriott SpringHill Suites. It is in a great location right off I-75. There is a Fairfield Inn that shares the same parking lot. The hotel staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a nice way to start the day.

Affordable quiet mini-suites were very nice. Located at the end of the free interstate 75 just before you enter the alligator alley toll road. Stayed here last week for business travel - hotel was very clean, all employees very friendly & the room was perfect for working, etc. Distance to the beach was less than 15 minutes. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere, but you can access good restaurants easily.
