We stayed for two days in the Windmill Cottage, cute, historic and pretty. A beautiful relaxing get-away, romantic and peacefully perfect. Breakfast was awesome, the salt water pool was perfect and never closes, it's romantic lighting and soft background music just make you want to stay longer. We Loved it and will book again.

We recently had a 3 night stay here and can not express enough on how great the Inn is, as far as location, comfort and most of all the owners, Patti and Gordy!! They were helpful guides and served an amazing breakfast, that held us through 18 holes of golf to dinner:) The evening gathering with yummy snacks and wine... More

Returned to The Grandview to celebrate my wife's birthday and arranged for our children (and spouses) to surprise her there. Patti and Gordy were their usual gracious hosts and everyone enjoyed the house, the pool, the food (including the five o'clock Wine and Cheese offering) and the overall warmth of the place. Words are inadequate to describe the feelings that... More

Outstanding B&B! Owners Patti & Gordy are extremely gracious, caring, genuine people and knowledgeable about restaurants and attractions in the area. We stayed in the Audubon room which was beautiful with a large bathroom and immaculately clean. Pool on premises is extremely well maintained. Gordy's breakfasts are just awesome, not only tasty but beautifully presented. Each of the rooms and... More

We planned a get-away weekend in Mount Dora and were amazed the large number of Excellent reviews on the Grandview. After our weekend we are in full agreement! Hosts Patti and Gordie were terrific: friendly, great cooks, very knowledgeable of restaurants, shops and entertainment and even the weather! Grandview is a very clean and well maintained 100 year old grove... More

We have been visiting my folks in Mt Dora since 1984. This year we had the sad task of closing our parents home. For three weeks Patti and Gordie cared for us, and it felt like home. Discreetly anticipating our needs, often before we even picked up on them, they are the quintessential hosts. Lovely food and lots of it,... More

We gathered as a family to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday and the Grandview did not disappoint. The owners Gordy and Patty were the nicest, kindest and most genuine people you would want to meet. The B&B was quaint, peaceful and had lots of character. The breakfast each morning looked and tasted like something right out of a magazine. Their... More

Nestled in the heart of historic Mt. Dora, this was truly an experience we will never forget. The name Grandview goes well beyond the view to spectacular service, unknown pleasantries, warm hospitality and unbelievable accommodations. Gordi and Patty are such wonderful hosts for this B&B and we will make this location a future vacation spot for our family and friends.... More

Grandview Bed and Breakfast is in a word 'perfect'! My daughter and I wanted a fun 'girls trip'. We live in Florida and didn't have lots of time and wanted something a little different than the beach scene. We did our research and found that the Mt. Dora area offered the things we were looking for...kayaking, hiking, antiquing and Grandview... More
