We rented the Deluxe Cabin with full kitchen & full bath. Looked good, beautiful knotty pine walls inside, but several drawbacks. The master bedroom's bed was simply horrible because it was so very old that the springs were quite noisy and it made the whole bed move around. The mattress was hard as a rock. Of a more minor note,... More

Tent camping on a Friday and Saturday night to get away. Front desk and campground staff are very nice however the tent sites are near the front of the park, near the busy road and very noisy day and night. There are also permanent residents in this park, one of whom is parked at the front corner near the tent... More

Took our grandson here for his spring break. We were excited that we got the LAST PREMIUM pull thru site ! My advice to everyone DO NOT let them give you site RV01. We have a new 43 ft 5th wheel toy hauler and once we pulled in, we knew we would not be able to pull out. The site... More

We originally stayed in this campground in 2009 and went back for several years in a row until 2014. Every year the campground gets worse and the permanent resident park in the back gets dirtier looking. I am not judging the people that live there, in fact many are very pleasant people however, the owner should be aware that this... More

Unfortunately, we were there during Bike Week so it was crowded. A fair amount of road noise from the two nearby highways. Half the campground is long term renters and a bit run down. The laundry facilities were clean with lots of washers and dryers.

During check-in, office staff didn't know how to apply the giftcard to our balance so we had to wait about 15 mins until "the boss" could come from upstairs to show them out to do it. They told us they sold a lot of gift cards during the holidays but didn't know how to apply them! It went downhill from... More

This is the nastiest campground I have ever been to. We were placed on a lot in the back (among permanent residents) and they told us that the man who "lived" there before had died and they finally cleared off his trailer and belongings. The adjacent RESIDENT had a toilet on their lot among other junk and trash. Our lot... More

We rented one of the cabins. Reasonable rates.Staff was wonderful and helpful. Park was quiet. Cabin was clean and comfortable. If ever in Florida again this would be our stopping place. More peaceful than New Smyrna/Daytona area and people are more friendly and helpful!

The only good thing I can say is the cabin was spotless, after that it all went downhill. This is more like a trailer park than a KOA. We stay at hotels over 300 nights a year internationally and whenever we are in the US we stay at KOAs whenever we are traveling in the US. We love the option... More

My wife and I found this campground to be quiet and generally clean. The sites are mostly made up of concrete pads but we choose to stay on a grassy site. Although we didn't get the opportunity to use the pool it looked nice and was clean. On the day we arrived it was very busy with long term residents.... More
