It's a normal and simple hotel! Is good to stay one night when your flight is on Miami Airport, because is really near and they offer free transport! But I dont recommend to stay more than one day, because the walls are thin and the carpet's smell is not good.

Booked two rooms here for pre- cruise night. Hotel looked dirty and dated. Carpet in hallways and stairs was filthy. Pool was being worked on and was empty. This was a huge factor in our hotel selection as we were travelling with kids. Would have been nice to have been advised of this ahead of time. Without a car your... More

I stayed here recently and my overall experience was ok. I requested a newly renovated room as I had stayed at the sleep inn in Jfk and loved the look of the new rooms. The hotel it self is located about 5-10 minutes away from the airport via the hotel shuttle that comes every 30 minutes. There are few restaurants... More

Stayed here one night before cruise. The room looked recently remodeled and was in very good condition. They have a free shuttle from the airport every 30 mins (shared with the holiday inn express I think, which means the shuttle may be too full to pick you up on a given run). The only problem is that the food options... More

We stayed here last weekend 8/2/14 after coming to town for the Miami Marlins game. The property is undergoing a major renovation so we were pleasantly surprised. All new paint in rooms, down comforters, carpet, mini fridge and microwave. They need a larger breakfast area though.

We recently stayed at the Sleep Inn prior to our cruise from Miami. I stayed here several years ago and did not hesitate to book here again. The hotel is currently being remodeled. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms on the 3rd floor and were impressed by the chic look it had. Our room was tastefully decorated... More

We stayed there the first night we arrived in Miami and then stayed the last two nights after our cruise. We waited a bit at the airport after we called for the shuttle but it came and we were happy. They used a different van than usual and since I am getting ready for knee surgery, the climb into this... More

Stayed here for 2 nights to look at area colleges with my son. The price was decent compared to other hotels in the area which were fancy and too much money, or questionable and cheaper. The room itself was clean. The sheets were clean and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. The decor was aesthetically pleasing and the bathroom and... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night for a stop over while transiting via the US. It was very nice to have a free bus that picked us up from the airport in the evening and dropped us at the airport the next morning to catch the plane. This was one of the reasons we booked this hotel, since... More

I left a small personal item in my hotel room and immediately called the front desk about an hour after checking out. Despite knowing exactly where it was, they informed me that the 'housekeeping manager' did not find anything. Watch out for your things, they were not helpful at all and untrustworthy.
