This hotel is old, the room smelled and it was dirty. We arrived late night and the person at the front desk was OK. The next morning we couldn't understand the peson at the desk. I purchased "Cruise Park" on line with intentions of leaving car while on cruise. I was uncomfortable even staying and would NOT leave my car. I requested refund on the portion of $113.00 that included car parking and was denied. (Overcharged $30.00). Avoid this hotel. more
