Located well out of Miami on an Indian Reserve, this casino hotel appears nice until you get inside. The casino, dining area & hallways are freezinf cold. We had to go into our room & turn on the heat to get comfortable. Even the employees were wearing sweaters. The food in the dining room buffet looked great but because of... More

A bit isolated, therefore problably a happy place for many. Everything is arranged to get you to play bingo or slots. They even want to check your coolbox, because you are not allowes to bring any form of alcohol. Very childish and a strange way to show hotel policy and conduct is an issue with the employees. Rooms are OK.

Stayed three nights on a bus tour. The hotel room itself was very nice. Comfy bed, huge bathroom, flatscreen tv, keurig for coffee. We did have some small ants in our room. If I would have known this tour stayed at a casino hotel I would not have gone on the tour. Very very smokey everywhere but in your room... More

Room was very nice, price was very good compared to those closer to downtown Miami, being a casino there was a lot of security, and they had several places on-site to eat, including a great breakfast buffet. I would stay here again any time I was close. Only downside was all the smoking in the lobby, since adjacent to the... More

front desk disrespectful, the room service is same no manners, you have to pay for WiFi. And the words think is if you leave some thing it will get lost, the manager will call you to treat you over the phone...

We were looking for a place late in the day before starting the Everglades drive the next morning. This is the only hotel that is at the cusp of the glades on the east side. Rooms are clean and spacious, front desk was helpful. Price was reasonable for the area. We received $30 gambling voucher that my wife promptly equalled.... More

The rooms were just ok., clean. The buffet was not great, the food was served room temperature not at all healthy. Everyone in our group complained. One woman saw a big bug crawling on the cornbread and another saw a waiter picking his nose before serving people. My husband was sick after the first meal there. Disappointed that they charged... My husband and I were looking for some where to stay Miami area. We came across this hotel and my husband liked that it was near air port but away from all the hustle of the city. Our room was amazing, check in was great (thanks to Berlin at front desk) and the food is great also. Will definitely stay... More

We arrived at the hotel only to wait in a line that was going nowhere. When we finally got to the front desk, the girl helping to check us in didn't seem to know how to do the job. She couldn't find us on their register and when she did, wanted to charge us again for the room that we... More

We stayed here the night before our cruise left out of Miami. The rates are reasonable. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable and the linens were very nice. The lobby is a smoke field. We hurried in and out to avoid all of our clothes wreaking of smoke. The room had no smoke odors. Skip the... More
