I have stayed here twice now. I have had really great experiences but reading the reviews makes me nervous to go for 3! The smoke is horrible but I'm used to atlantic city where everyone is smoking everywhere! Fun night out gambling and drinking. They play Spanish music on the second floor. There is a little club usually very crowded.... More

Once again, an American Airlines missed connection took me to a hotel I never would've chosen myself. This place is about 30 minutes from MIA Airport, but AA has a deal with them and we really had no choice. We also barely had time for a three-hour nap before having to head back to the airport. We were very pleasantly... More

I received the birthday promotional coupon for a night at the resort. My partner and I decided to try it for the night. Of course the entrance to the resort is through the casino which reeks of cigarette smoke. The entire first floor stinks. The room was decent sized and we were also given vouchers for the buffet breakfast in... More

I hated it! I went there with my lil 2 year old daughter and with my husband, who would like to gamble a bit while we are sleeping...The hotel itself looked nice outside, but when we went inside the first thing was the SMOG what came to my face! I don`t smoke, and there is no problem with those who... More

After waiting 45 minutes for the shuttle the manager indicated that he would send a "special van' for me. We picked up 6 people on my "special van." In order to use the shuttle to go back to the airport I had to take the 6 am shuttle although my flight was @ 12:30 pm.

Reminds one of popular hotels of the 60's that never updated and now cater to a clientel that once could not afford a room there. The tv is at least 10 years old. The mattress and box springs seemed as old. There is no screening security from the casino into the hotel elevator. Guests can't be sure who is in... More

This property was literally across the road from where we were required to meet with our tour guides for our airboat tour of the everglades. The hotel itself was fairly standard. They were replacing the carpet at the time of our visit but that did not bother us. Seems like a bit of a hangout for the local gamblers so... More

The hotel is excellent, and the price for open-food is great, only 10 USD. All the rooms are very clean. BUT... The only "discomfort" thing, is that the reception is on "smoke" area of the casino, so, when you enter the hotel or casino, mandatory you need to pass throw cigarette smoke cloud. The internet is fast, and the room... More

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I am always happy with how clean my room is. The buffet in the building is not your "vegas" buffet size but was complete enough to fill us up for a decent price. I little disappointed that we had an evacuation alarm go off in the middle of the night. As... More

We stayed one night at the Miccosukee Resort since we were going to the Lynyrd Skynyrd concert which was part of the Gator Jam. All the guests were told they had to valet the car but it was a reasonable rate of $5 a day. We arrived at 3:30, on Saturday, and were told that our room was not ready,... More
