My hubby and I needed a quick get away and this is located close to home. Customer service was excellent from the valet to the front desk to the restaurants. Facilities were very clean - we especially enjoyed the hot tub. We aren't really into the casino but got $30 free play and cheaper rate by joining free players club.... More

Knows it's market - bingo, slots and $11 buffet. On a drive back home to Key West, we decided to stay at a place we had been meaning to try for years - the Miccosukee Casino and Resort. Best part is the price - only $99 and $3 beers. Room was very basic, comfortable king size bed, average clean. Staff... More

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and the food at the buffet was good. The only reason I did not give it a five was the smell of smoke. The casino is smoking and it covers the whole ground floor. Other than that the place was clean and fun.

With as much money as this place makes from it Casino they should be able to provide some better perks. Rooms were very average. TV was old 26" with only 28 channels with a 1/3 of them in Spanish even average hotels have flat screen TV's with 40 or 50 channels. Breakfast buffet was good but the evening buffet has... More

On motorcycle tour from Okeechobee to Key West we stopped here. Pleasant surprise- great selection on food for Sunday brunch. Price was very affordable (tip included when you pay cashier at entry). Lots of room for large groups.

We booked a room for $119.00 using a AARP rate on the internet which included a free breakfast and dinner. On arrival we were told that offer was not available and the room would be $149.00 with no free meals. The resort is not near any other lodgings and we had driven all day so we bit the bullet and... This hotel/casino is on the outskirts of Miami. We did not gamble but we were visiting Everglades and this was the closest hotel to Tamiami Trail entrance of Everglades, so, we stayed there for one day. Building is a somewhat ugly highrise which does not really fit into the environment. Rooms were quite nice, good-looking and well furnished. We had... More

The hotel was very nice, room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. To get to the front desk for check in you had to pass the casino which is full of cigarette smoke. To get to the non smoking game room, you had to walk through the smoking rooms. The clothes I wore in the non smoking part had to... More

The hotel is located at the border of the Everglades. We had a newly refurbished room, very modern and stylish. Very comfortable bed and good, clean bathroom. However, the hotel is also a casino were smoking is allowed, which for us was not pleasant. We had dinner in the fine dining restaurant, the food was great and the staff friendly.... More
