We came in town for the Madonna concert and decided to stay at the St Augustine after finding a great rate and reading great reviews. The experience was beyond amazing! James got us all checked-in in a timely manner as there were many of us in the lobby checking in at the same time. The room was great on the... More

We recently met friends in Miami for a couple of days and chose Hotel St. Augustine to stay at. Our room was very clean with nice amenities plus it had a huge shower with great water pressure. Had a great nights sleep on a firm mattress. The continental breakfast was enhanced with delicious pastries from a nearby Argentinian bakery. The... More

The best thing about Hotel St. Augustine is the location. The beach is only a short walk away and the area around the building is quiet. The staff members were courteous and helpful, which was also a plus. I wish that the televisions were a little larger as they were difficult to see while lying in bed, and the room... More

Such a great hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We had a room on the first floor where unfortunately the steam room didn't work so we were moved straight away to a room on the ground floor which was much bigger - no hassle at all. The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed,... More

I stared on this hotel a few year back and I had a great memory of how clean and cozy the room was. All that change last weekend (11/19/15) when I was handed over the key for my room. As I'm walking up the stairs I can smell what I assumed is a wet alway carpet since was a very... More

It was very unfortunate that you checked in on a sold out Friday and were assigned the ONE room that had developed a leak in the window due to the intense rain that day. It was for that reason that we were so acommodating- in order to facilitate your stay elsewhere and were happy to allow you to cancel your... More

This small boutique hotel was great! Clean, friendly staff, great location. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a more personal staff than the big hotels offer. The front desk staff gave us great restaurant suggestions. The housekeeping staff made sure we had everything we needed. A continental breakfast was included. Parking was an additional charge, but it... More

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is killer- just south of all the typical South Beach madness but close enough to park the car for the entirety of your stay and walk everywhere. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even made sure coffee was ready at 5:30 am the morning I woke up to watch the... More

If you want to stay off the main strip, this hotel is perfect. The hotel staff is very friendly and truly want to help- from carrying bags to pouring your coffee. The lady at breakfast was extremely sweet. The breakfast itself was dry cereal and pastries (the churros were the BEST I've ever had in my LIFE) but not filling,... More

I recently stayed at the St. Augustine Hotel for two nights. . My room was impeccable and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the showers, they transform to a steam room. The Wi-Fi connection was very good. For breakfast they served coffee (very good coffee!), orange juice, milk, yogurt, pastries, cheerios, corn flakes.(I would have preferred plain bagels, croissants... More

Overall, we had a great experience. The location was very convenient just a couple of blocks from the beach and all of the action. The room was very stylish and clean, best part was the shower. The parking was a bit misleading, has a very small lot fits only about 8 cars. You have to drive through an alley to... More

Thank-you for your review . However , the complimentary continental breakfast ,some guests have described as bountiful , and has croissants and pastries and yoghurt , juice and coffee and tea , as well as the cereal you mention !! We also have our own parking lot which has much more than 8 spaces. Thank-you again and we hope to... More
