“Top Hotel, poor service”

Location was great. It's a clean hotel with a poor service (depends on who is at the front desk). You can get better hotels for the same price. Best of all: I'm writing this from the elevator, because we're stuck in it for more than 30 min ;)

I absolutely love the Bentley Hotel located at 510 Ocean Drive. I have only stayed at one other hotel when I have visited Miami...they were no comparison to the Bentley Hotel. “Great stay at the Bentley South Beach”

Loved the Bentley. Staff was very friendly. The accommodations and locations were terrific. We were fortunate enough to get upgraded to a Penthouse Suite and it was incredible. Would definitely return.
