Good location but the hotel is among the worst I have ever stayed in. Our room didn't get cleaned for 3 days, despite repeatedly asking the front desk to send someone to clean it. on the 3rd day, apparently the staff was angry with us for continuing to ask for a room cleaning (something that is standard in every other... more

This hotel was a considerable price for the location in Miami...but that is about it. We needed a place to stay for a few nights before our cruise. I did a lot of searching on the area, and even though the reviews were poor on this "resort"...we thought we would give it a try. We wanted beach front, and this... more

I was hesitant to stay here because of some of the reviews. The place was not bad for the money. I required a hotel that permitted a dog ,had a kitchenette, and would not break the bank. I requested a "renovated" room which turned out to be nice BUT air conditioning was NOT functioning well .It is a necessity for Florida.... more

we chose this hotel because it was in front of the beach, was relatively cheap, includes breackfast and had kitchen and fridge, which was great as we have two small children. the hotel is pretty old, not well mantained, the breakfast was ok but you better go early to have it so you can enjoy all the things they offer.... more

I stayed at this hotel in May with a group of friends. I was extremely disappointed. The hotel was dirty and run down; my room smelled like cigarettes and wet socks and the amenities were subpar. The garbage bins outside near the pool were overflowing with trash; the breakfast buffet served stale bread, old fruit and mush which was passed... more

We welcome constructive feedback from all our valued guests. South Florida’s warm, sub-tropical climate is considered the primary attraction for many of the area’s visitors. As typical in sub-tropical regions, South Florida is subject periodically to high humid conditions to which some visitors are more sensitive than others. Marco Polo management has been able to address these concerns as they...
