The Raleigh is so wonderful I wish I could move into one of their rooms! This is not a chain hotel so don't expect that kind of bland, generic high-end feel. For the price there was no information upon checking into the hotel about any of the amentities. The customer service was horrible for how much we paid to stay at the hotel.
