We stayed at the Clift in San Francisco and the Mondrian in Miami and are staying at the Sanderson come September. Shore club was so loud at night, even if we wanted to get a good nights rest after a long night out, it was not possible to sleep till 6 a.m. Staff was terribly rude to us even though we asked kindly for any complimentary upgrades as we had just gotten married. The hotel definitely could use a little facelift BUT...between the restaurants, pool party and ambiance, it still rocks!! The main downer is that there are such a limited amount of chairs at the pool that you have to wake up at 8 am and save your chair!!! more
