I've been staying in Delano for the part 5 years and never been disappointed. The staff is very helpful and will bend over backwards to get something for you. In order to combine business & leisure, the Delano has just been the best Hotel I have ever experience. Without talking of the famous design of the place (hall, rooms, garden...). Would recommend. Lively pool scene and beautiful lobby. Rooms while small for the bucks, were luxurious. This is the best property I have stayed at within the group.and blows the socks off its cousins in New York, London and LA.
