They forgot to put shampoo in the room when it was cleaned - Not a big deal. The problem was, I called at 6pm, explained the problem, they said not problem and will run some right up. Two hours later, still nothing - so I called the front desk - once again, no problem and they will run something right... more

I stayed at the Courtyard with my family in June 2009. The hotel looks fine...as far as the restaurant, the pool.. that was ok. However, $27 a day for parking was ridiculous. The staff was anything but competent. They sent us to the wrong room twice and no one ever called us to see if everything was to our liking.... more

The Marriott was nice, the staff was very helpful The room was very average, but the bed was hard and the pillows were horrible-too hard! If we would have stayed more than one night I think they may have at least changed the pillows out. The outside bar stinks, it hasn't been really cleaned in years! My husband ran bars... more

My girlfriend and I went and stayed in this hotel in June 2009. We both had an amazing stay at the hotel, the staff were very helpful, extremly polite and made us feel very welcome indeed. I dont have all there names but if i did i would list them here and thank them. The hotel is wonderful, pool is... more

Courtyard Miami Beach is a nice and well located hotel. Beautiful looby, nice staff and charming swimming pool. However rooms need to be renovated. They look like some 80's room hotels and part of them are really dark . They are not old but could look like better. Anyway beds are comfortable and very clean. Bathroom could be bigger. We... more

My family of 5 stayed one Sunday night here before our cruise ship departed on Monday. We took a taxi from the airport which was around $30. The pool is great, the hotel is in an excellent location for families. The ocean was beautiful. And the outdoor Carrabba's was quite expensive, but very relaxing and great atmosphere to hang out... more

We stayed in this Cadillac/ Marriott hotel for 3 nights at the end of May and had a very nice experience in Miami Beach. I would recommend it. The good points that I would describe as above average are: a) Great location for those who want to have some calmness in South Beach and enjoy very nice beaches which are... more

Quick R & R trip and this place was great. Used Marriott points and got a friendly upgrade to an oceanfront room from friendly staffer Gisselle (sp?). One set of elevators goes right to pool/beach access. Good eating at Cabella's and great, full breakfast. Rooms were fine. $10 cab ride to Lincoln Road -- South Beach central. Don't be fooled... more

I stayed one night with two friends before we left for a cruise. One friend had Marriott Rewards points and we wanted to stay on the ocean since we had a limited amount of time to enjoy Miami Beach. The location relative to the beach is great, and the pool is very nice. This hotel is not in the heart... more

My wife and I stayed at this Marriot on our last few days of honeymoon. We wanted to splash out on a really nice hotel to finish off our honeymoon in style. But we were wrong to do it at this hotel! We were greeted by valet attendants who ignored my wife and although they helped me with bags I... more
