We stayed at #106 Barbizon under Ms. Lucinda & Ms. Helena's care. They were always reachable and very helpful throughout our stay! The beach is literally across the street and the location is in the middle of ocean drive so we were at walking distance from everything for the most part. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here and I will... More

I stayed in #103 Jan. 14 - 29th, 2014 and it was the worst condo/hotel experience of my life. The outdoor restaurant, 530 Ocean Grill is literally right next door and they play music from 8:30 am until midnight/1:00 am 7 days per week. And there is a loudspeaker 10 feet from the window/wall of the condo unit #103. Oh,... More

I went to Miami with my family on a last minute trip and had a hard time finding an affordable place within South Beach considering we were traveling at the start of spring break (we went the second weekend in March). We found The Barbizon through VRBO and eventually connected with South Beach Barbizon One, Inc. Lucinda was our coordinator... More

We rented this apartment through Lucinda at sobevacationrentals dot org for 6 nights in February 2014. The room was not high end, but it was clean, functional and worked great for us during our stay. We were there for the boat show and were happy to have found this apartment at a good value considering the inflated prices of so... More

We stayed in #215 for 16 days and suffered a lot. This is a claustrophobic box with no light and no air. Everything is old and outdated, bathroom is old, broken fixtures, looks dirty. There is one squeaky bed is a torture from the 15th century. There is no space to move in between the wall and the bed. You... More

Stayed at #218 for Art Basel. Building and lobby are nice but 218 is terrible. Dirt and scuff marks all over walls. Of ceiling lights 8 were burnt out as was hall closet light. Front of refrig is rusted and gross with racks on door missing for wine, juice, milk. Power cord on laying on kitchen floor a jumble of... More

I stayed in barbizon unit 211 in October- What a great location and the apartment was just right- It was clean, comfortable and well taken care of- I was worried about the noise on Ocean Drive but this apartment is on the quiet side of the building and it was great. I never heard a thing. The location is perfect!!... More

First of all, there is no parking for free on Miami. Usually you pay $20 - $30 per day. This hotel is on the busy street, which means no quiet what so ever. My window was right above the restaurant, which meant music from 8am till 1am. If you are hoping to get some sleep and quite time, I would... More

205 is a good room for the money. I would consider a mid-week linen change or bring some of your own. Bring extra kitchen towels too. You are directly across from Lummus Park and South Beach. Eat at the Italian Bistro next door at 524..EXCELLENT
