we had a great time staying here :) great location. everything is close. Beach,shops, restaurants,niteife.... if u meet a guy named Craig maybe outside of the hotel or maybe near any bars around. ....He is the MAN! he will tell u everything about Miami and he is great. We booked 2 nights but our plane was delayed and we arrived the next morning. The hotel staff didn't let us in our room although they charged us.They asked $20 to go in early as they gave the room to someone else! The Shelley Hotel was built in 1928 and is the second hotel built in Miami Beach. We have since then came in a added a more contemporary look to this boutique hotel. The location is great, right in the centre, 2 blocks away from the beach - 5 min walking distance. Yes this hotel is on a good location but your holiday isn't worth the hassle of staying here! The hotel staff are very rude and were not bothered when we asked to move rooms away from the frat boys staying in the rooms both opposite and next to us, we don't have an issue with people having a good time... more
