Nice place...Nice staff....good deal for the money... No bar or restaurant... Big rooms, nice, although too dark..imposible if you are trying to read a book at night before going to bed... Pool...not really....more like a jacuzzi.... Overall I like the place....

The hotel itself is ok. the lobby is very small and it can get busy..... the patio is very nice, inviting...although the pool looks more like a jacuzzi... The rooms are nice, big plasmas, nice decor, bed very comfortable....No radio .... It was very clean and staff was nice and helpful.... I will go back....

hotel is central and close to the action. The staff were ok but noit very efficient. The room didn't have cutlery, cooking utensals and on 2 occasions during the 1 week stay they didn't deliver towels. The room are nice but very dark with no light in the bedrooms except for table lamps. We stayed in a suite with 2... More

Dear Melody1076, Thank you for your valuable feedback. Our hotel is inspected and fumigated on a weekly basis and we are absolutely confident that there are no bed bugs anywhere in our property. However, Miami is a tropical setting and it is possible that many other unwanted friends can come in through open windows and disturb your stay. We look... More

In this case first impressions are not the best ones..... The hotel is behind Steve Madden store, so it can be difficult to fins at first. Once you get in, the patio is very nice, but the reception is quite small .... There is no bathroom in lobby.... Once you get to your room is much nicer, big tv's, comfy... More

When we got into the reception, we were not so impressed. The reception area is very small. Our room was not ready for check in, well we arrived quite early too. No problem, but then we ask for a bathroom to change , there was no bathroom in the lobby for guests, can you believe this?. Once we got into... More

Biggest complaint is the hallway to our room smelled horrible. A musky dank smell like the floor had been flooded recently. The light at the end of the hallway where our room was located was out, which made it quite difficult to enter the room itself. Also the housekeeping cart was placed in front of our room, again making it... More

This hotel is certainly not 4*. The fixtures and fittings may look good from a distance but they are not of the standard of quality I would expected of a 3* hotel nevermind a 4*. Customer service is non existent both with the Metropole Hotel and the South Beach Group. After returning from holiday we realised that the Metropole had... More

I came down with the 2nd half of a 6-party group (3 girls & 3 guys). We had a blast! This hotel is in a block of TRUE shopping! There's a Steve Madden, Kenneth Cole, True Religion and Nine West store (I'm sure I left out some stores). We were able to walk to Wet Willies and News Cafe (1... More

I stayed here back in December, and the positives are that it has a good location on Collins Ave, close to the beach, airport shuttle was on time, and the baggage handler guy was very friendly. The rooms are also very well designed, and it was an impressive room, HOWEVER, the staff, especially the staff there in the late morning,... More
