We arrived late in the evening, after travelling for 14 hours. The hotel did not have any vacant rooms for us, although we had this confirmed by Easytobook.com. They made few attempts to help us find rooms at another hotel. My husband had to travel around in a taxi and find a vacant hotel himself. Finally he found another. Although... More

There has never ever been a hotel that i've ever stayed in that has got such a negative response - I feel that every fibre of my being loathes this hotel. So we checked in and we had a car so we did the valet parking as we didn't want to worry about parking and the car ($30/night with in... More

Location, location, location- you can walk pretty much any where in the South Miami area from this hotel- two blocks from the beach and easy to all the restaurants- The hotel is dated and is definitely in the budget hotel category- much of the hotel looks like it is still in the 70's era- but the staff was very nice... Nice little hotel with comfortable bed and a good value. Stayed the night before a cruise. Located a couple blocks off Ocean Drive so it's a good location but you're not paying Ocean Drive prices. They were in the middle of some renovations when we stayed. Putting new carpeting in the rooms. My room had the new carpet which made... More

I spent one night before my cruise. No breakfast, be prepared to use the stairs, it becomes more funny if you have big luggages because those stairs are really narrow. Good bathroom, good mattress bit no Wifi insiste the room. The floor was a bit dusty. Expensive based on what they offer.

It is such a shame about this hotel. It has so much potential but has just been left to rot, the decor is quaint but in a sad condition it could be a fun place with character. The reception staff were not helpful. On arrival about 12:30 p.m. we said who we were and the response was "You can't check... More

Excellent location! Overpriced for basic accommodation but it would not take too much to upgrade tired looking rooms (shabby/broken curtains, blinds in bathroom broken, not possible to charge electronics if lights not switched on....) Great location, character and very quaint - don't expect luxury. No lifts which could be problematic if it wasn't for the charming Alejandro who gallantly carried... More

The only good thing is the patio, don't let them fool you with that! No breakfast No elevator (because they say is "historical"), so we had to grab our luggage 2 floors. Rooms with no view (that didn't bother me) the room was smelly (humidity) and had a fly, cleaning was very poor, the bathtub with a water loss, if... More

I chose this hotel because of its location and the price. It is very close to Ocean Drive and I managed to book the room for $80 USD per night. I would describe the hotel as quaint - a time warped art-deco quaintness but in need of a refurb. A very very squeaky bed, musty smelling air con and bare... More

We booked this hotel at the end of a cruise because the one we stayed in at the beginning was very expensive because of Art Basel exhibition.. It was a good location near beach and restaurants . We asked to change rooms because the first room smelt strongly of damp. The second one was a bit better but by the... More
