A perfect location (near Collins and Lincoln Roads) yet so peaceful. We stayed in room 4 upstairs which was cozy and quiet. The room was small, but perfect--of course, we did have a king-sized bed in there! I have to agree with all the positive reviews - It would help to improve the breakfast, but being French, I am picky with overcooked breakfast and poor american cafe - I would suggest fresh squeezed OJ - Soft boiled eggs - (toasts not burned) with croissant and expresso for an extra few dollars would go a long way to... more

Superb B&B. Totally renovated main house with sweet pool in backyard and rooms @ the opposite end. 2 blocks walk to Washington St., 5 blocks to Collins, 15 min. walk to beach - quiet neighborhood - parking pass for residential spots 20-50' from the B&B; bed was amazing/comfy....flat screen TV/DVD/CD/alarm and a fridge; prefect for cool, normal laid back couples... more
