jetset Franklin just opened in December 2010 is a brand new apartments building, very clean, modern room, design furniture and style. Excellent location walking distance from the best spots in Sobe and one block from the ocean. Very accomodating staff always available when needed.We loved it we will definately come back. as soon as possible.. had a blast!!

Nothing to do with the previous Franklin Hotel. The Jet Set Franklin apartments has become a super cool place to stay in Miami, killer location with superb quality and excellent staff. I definitively recommend.

This was the worse hotel I've ever stayed at in Miami. The bathroom was filthy, the receptionist was rude, and there were waterbugs in the room. Complaints to the front desk went unanswered.
