The Setai is understated perfection amidst the excitement and vibrancy of South Beach. A great place to call home and a much-welcomed retreat after a night on the night on the town. Three pools with varied temperatures hint at how your every need will be met at the Setai. You truly are a very special guest at the Setai.

Myself and three girlfriends just spent a spectacular weekend at The Setai. We flew in from all over the country to meet in Miami for a weekend reunion. We rented a 2 bedroom condo in the residences. The unit was well appointed and the view exceptional. We had high expectations for the property and service, but even those were surpassed.... More

Came for a girls reunion weekend in May. The Setai is everything you need. Gorgeous property, amazing service, etc The food was wonderful and so were the drinks. The service is really what put it over the top. We felt like we never had to leave the property. Volker/Victor at the poolside restaurant was the warmest most helpful person we... More

Superb, friendly and helpful service. Excellent food, amenities (3 pools!), location, beach. Room large. No unpleasant noise (background music was peaceful and unobtrusive). Both family and adult-friendly (kids used separate, warmer pool). One weird thing: no separate bathroom! Toilet and shower cubicles -- tub in living/bedroom! That is ridiculous, and unlikely to be appeal to Americans and many others. (We... More

In global comparison the US hospitality industry does not really apeal. The Setai however matches some the very good places in Asia and Europe. The rooms are nicely made. The cleanliness in the corner is a point to improve. The airconditioning is sometimes very noisy for this category of hotel. The friendliness of all the staff is natural and sincere... More

Save your money!!! The $850.00 a night rooms are so small (even an upgraded one facing a dumpster and far off ocean) and so dark it's depressing. Sink knob fell off, shower wasn't working. As a seasoned traveler this hotel was horrible. Of all the properties in South Beach, this hotel is overpriced and ridiculous! We cut or week long... More

Dear guest, We are most apologetic that we did not meet your expectations during your stay. For your reference, our suites start at 600sqft with our largest at 10,000sqft. We apologize that the sink nob fell off during your stay, it was promptly repaired. Again we apologize for not meeting your expectations, we certainly do recognize that vacations are precious,... The Setai Hotel was impeccable from the minute we walked through the front doors until the moment we, sadly, had to depart. The ambiance was simply sublime; muted but classical color scheme inspired with the simplicity, natural elegance, and relaxing nature of east Asia. Our room was # 306, in the corner overlooking Collins Ave. We didn't have an ocean... More

Food and ambience amazing. Elsa, our server was very attentive without being intrusive. We sat inside to avoid the heat which meant we were closer to the serving stations. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend as something to celebrate a special occasion or just to indulge Thank you The Setai. Tip: do not eat before visiting... More

Our family travelled to Miami on 23rd March and began our vacation at the Setai hotel on South Beach for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived the service was faultless. The hotel has an Asian fusion feel to it, with dark tones throughout. We are a family with 3 grown up boys and one child. Whilst the hotel had... More
