I went to the spa at the Setai, as they were having a special for spa month. It was also my 30th birthday so I thought I would treat myself to something special. I have been to other spa's on the beach, like lapis in the fountain blue (worth every penny), so my expectations were high considering the reputation of... More

This was the highlight of our weekend trip. Started off the morning with a complimentary beach yoga class (completely what I needed on my weekend away), took a serene dip in one of the pools. The staff at the pool are friendly and wonderful. The property itself is very zen with the dark wood. The pools are amazing with day... More

Been for lunch many times on special occasions and quite honestly you would have to search high and low in Miami to get better food - the pool and beach area are amazing too - just like the prices !! Only go on special occasions as your well earned coffers will deplenish rather rapidly. Have stayed a couple of times... More

Lets face it, Setai is not cheap. But, unlike some other luxury hotels, Setai is actually value for money. Everything is just perfect, the rooms, the sound systems, the drinks, the three pools and not to mention the insane breakfast. The only problem is that once you stay at the Setai, you will have a hard time staying in other... More

My husband and I are locals who spent the day at the Setai during Miami Spa Month. We received a couple's massage, spent the afternoon by the pool, and ate at the restaurant overlooking the water. The facilities were gorgeous and the service was unsurpassed. The hotel does not scrimp on the amenities. We received complementary bottled water, cool towels,... More

We have enjoyed many stays at the Setai. The design has been enjoyable and it has felt luxurious. Our recent stay we were faced with compromises that made us shorten our stay from 8 to 4 days. When we complained to Sebastien, the manager, he tried to fix the problematic room by moving us to a suite. However, the suite... More

The Setai is an excellent hotel and probably the best in South Beach but was just shy of excellent for a couple of reasons. Firstly the service was excellent throughout except for a lamentable lapse with valet parking. For $42 a night I really expect them to be able to return the car within 15 minutes but they failed on... More

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and 1 year old daughter and the service is honestly incomparable to any other hotel I have stayed in. The property is in a fantastic location, we hadn't actually realized how great until we arrived. And as you would expect from a five star, rooms and communal areas all pristine. I would... More

I've stayed in many high end hotels and this is one of my all time favorites. The service is truly outstanding. By some magic, every employee seems to know one's name after less than a day. The staff at the pools and the beach always remember preferences. The valet service is great, and the cold bottles of water they provide... More

we stayed at the setai for 3 nights coming from central america. we were treated like royalty and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. the rooms are incredible, the food was great, the concierge was very helpful, and having travelled a lot we felt that we had a unique experience. we would definitely recommend it further.
