This hotel is creme de la creme! Beautiful decor, delicious food and immaculate rooms. Extremely clean and customer oriented. This is one of the most luxurious hotels in Miami Beach. It is expensive but totally worth it! Private beach with cabanas, staff brings you Evian water spray for your face (how cool!) and an orange. The only negative is that... more

You can read all the other impressions about the rooms and service. Mine is a little different. Be careful about charges to your room and what has been added to your credit card. We had two rooms, one of the rooms had a $1,000 over charge for something that was wrongly billed from the pool area. It took a lot... more

At first it appears very modern and trendy after all its only four years old but it is poorly maintained the staff are not attentive and are very poorly trained, the prices are ridiculous for what you receive, the food at the pool bar it way overpriced and is bad the serive there the worst. At least they didn't screw... more

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for Art Basel. It was our first time here, but will not be our last. It is by far the ideal hotel in South Beach to stay at if you want peace, tranquility along with luxury and a trendy scene. We really liked the modern asian theme, a timeless classic. Of... more

My wife surprised me with a stay here for my 40th birthday. Hi expectations were definitely met! The first night we went for a late dip in the pool & were told the pools were closed but the attendant stayed on duty for an hour for us to have a romantic private swim. Doesn't get better than that in today's... more

first thing - the hotel really does look amazing. from the moment you enter the building every single detail is immaculate. the lobby, the rooms, the courtyard, everything is so impressive, it makes you want to spend your days wandering through the hotel. other than that, nothing left an impression on me. everyone in the hotel seemed to be quite... more

We booked this hotel via American Express Platinum Travel Concierge. We checked in after staying at the Ritz Carlton in Ft. Lauderdale for a few days so we were hoping that since the Setai was more expensive and trendy..it would be a lot better. BIG MISTAKE!!! The Setai was nothing but a BIG disappointment.!!!! When you pull up to the... more

This is the way hotels should be - elegant, stylish, classy, great service. We enjoyed our room, the furnishings are excellent and earthy, and very clean. When we ate in the restaurant we greatly enjoyed the beautiful food, service and ambience, although the tables are too large for intimacy. We were delighted to visit the studio of what I think... more

The Setai is truly one of the best hotels in the world. My wife and I went to MIami for holidays and stayed at the Setai for 5 days. The moment you enter is like stepping into a new world - just unique. And the staff created a warm welcome. We arrived at the hotel and were guided directly to... more

It’s a deluxe hotel, no doubt about that but how could they get it so wrong? Let's start with the décor. SB is a resort town, a confection of ice cream flavoured art-deco. All those 70 year old buildings botoxed, collagened and lip glossed back to their fun in the sun youth. Nobody does art-deco better than Americans – think... more
