Old, looks like an old hospital. Hasn't beed renewed in years: rusty balcony, tv broke down, dirty building on the outside, elevator that looks like it was built last century. The hotel's location is beautifull along the beach. You need a car to go to south beach. The room on the 9th floor was great. Very big clean room, enormous and clean bathroom, nice beds and a breathtaking view on Miami's skyline and beaches. I would definitely go there again. more
