Loved the hotel, we arrived a day after we were booked due to problems with flights but the staff couldnt have done more for me and my friend. Stayed here for four nights in early November. Its a rather basic hotel but its clean and in the heart of South Beach. Breakfast next door in the restaurant is basic but adequate. We were so worried when we had booked our holiday and read the bad reviews on here regarding the Ocean Five hotel. Although Andy the hotel manager was lovely to deal with, the hotel itself wasnt upto the same standard....in need of upgrading more
