In the middle of everything in South Beach. Small hotel so you don't have to deal with a loud lobby & crowds. Front porch is great for sitting with a glass of wine and people watching. Reasonably priced for South Beach.

The Delores is well located on Collins at 14th, which is its main selling point. Rooms are small with tiled floors. Overall the room is clean and functional and that's about it. We paid over 300 a night for this place due to new years week. I wouldn't pay more than 150. The maid never comes - back to room after 4pm no cleaning. The tile literally cracked under my feet today. Front desk guy helpful but rooms not worth it.

Our room was clean, and since we were staying in a Deluxe Suite, the bedroom was in a separate room from the living room, which was nice. Quality of rooms were poor,mold on the ceiling,bad odor in the room due to heavy mold.bed sheets and poor comforter old and look dirty.AC units worked poorly and TV in the room did not work.overall..great location,needs rooms major work..

Many people don't give the hotel the credit that I should have. You get what you reserve; very conveniently close to the beach, Espanyol street, Lincoln street,.... The people at the reception I met were very friendly. Room is ok, although bit old. Bed is good. Free drink, pastries in the morning, free internet (slow). Overall, would go there again.
