As a former manager of a hostel,I can say that Jazz hostel is a great and fun place to stay. The location is 3 minutes walking distance from the beautiful Miami beach. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Kitchen is always kept clean the free breakfast includes coffee and chocolate chocolate pancakes. The manager Ray is a great guy... More

They are a little strict with times, however it helps respect everyone else inside that would like to sleep after hours. They assign bunks, have a nice locker system that you can rent, or get combination locks for in the room. Some mattresses are old, so be sure to swap if there is no one sleeping on a better one.... The Jazz hostel was my first experience in hostel and I loved! Staff, localization, people and atmosphere really amazing! It's really close of the Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive. You can go to many nice place by walking and is only two squares from the best beach in Miami. Super cheap, I really recommend it!!

Clean but big hostel. I stayed in the all girls dorm one night and the group dorm another and both were great groups! I liked the girls room better. The cheap group dorm had a strange kid there who had been living around hostels and passed out naked in the shared bathroom one night. Pancakes are served every morning but... More

Not my first time at Jazz and always a good hostel with a good staff, 3 minutes from the beach and 15 minute walk from Art Deco and Lincoln Rd Mall! First option when going to Miami! Always recommended with a good price!

I stayed here with my friend. We were staying in an 8bed room. We were given a room which there was no aircon working in. We immediately complained and were changed to a different room which was no problem to the staff - great quick service! The nightlife that the hostel organise is amazing. If you are up for partying... More

I never had a bad service as like in this hostel ! Very bad service ... No wifi in the bedrooms ... bad baggage service! A long waiting at the breakfast, Long distance from Airport to hostel! but the service was really the most important point ! Was so unfriendly , didn't help by baggage!

The place is well located, staff is reasonably nice and the rooms are fairly clean. The "continental breakfast" are pancakes and coffee. Using the computer cost 2$ per 20 min and leaving your luggage after checkout 4$. Things that should come for free.

I read reviews on here about this place that it was a cool, party hang out. Instead the reception staff were rude and there were people practically living there. There is an outdoor area which is where people spent the day smoking drugs and drinking. This closes at 10 so they then moved these activities over the road. The room... More

I stayed at this hostel three times. The location is great just three minutes walking to the beach but the hostel is boring, you can't make any noise after 10 and you can't even sit outside the hostel after that time. Rooms are fine but the bed is so uncomfortable and noisy. Free breakfast. Its a good deal if your... More
