I don't know were to start from. First we arrived to what they call 3 or 4 star hotel. There is no bell man to carry your luggage. Checked in the hotel from 4th of April till 10th of April. Got a studio in the hotel on the 4th floor. Room is filthy, old. The AC control is mounted upside... More

Dear Hatem, thank you for sharing your experience. First and foremost, I would like to extend you my most sincere apology for not providing a satisfactory experience. Since very recently, we have implemented bellman service to the hotel. I'm sure that all the maintenance issues you had or might have had we could have solved them for you or give... More

I have travelled all over the world - from backpacking through Asia to 5 star hotels like the Breakers. I know that you get what you pay for. I was not expecting luxury. What I got was: getting locked in my room, a room safe that acted up on the last day and refused to open even though we used... More

I stayed here with a couple of friends over spring break not realizing that a lot of the rooms at this hotel are privately owned. I booked an Oceanview studio with 2 floors and I got the complete opposite. Instead we had a one floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and a view to the street out front of the hotel.... More

I was worried about this hotel after reading the other reviews however we wanted a hotel on the beach and this was the only one available in our price range. I was not disappointed! Yes the hotel is older, however, the room was spacious, the restaurant had good food at a reasonable price and the location was excellent! 2 suggestions:... More

Our "Towhouse" suite felt more like a storage facility for old worn out furniture. Some of it was broken, and all the shelves were empty. There was even a huge empty glass display in our room(!?) Probably from the lobby. Our bedroom had no windows. The master bedroom did however. The balcony was closed "for our safety" and the windows... More

Although modest by size, this studio, ocean-side condominium, has such a spectacular deck and ocean view that you will choose to spend much of your time on the large deck enjoying the sea breezes and the view! The unit is completely functional in every way; modern kitchen area, comfortable king-size bed, comfortable living area with futon guest bed, nice table... More

You should stay away. I read some of the reviews before and I didn't believe, but I can confirm: this is a really bad hotel in a beautiful location. one day, comming back to our room, we found a big cockroache in the kitchen area. Who knows what else is here...it's dirthy and hardly you can find someone that speaks... More

We stayed here for 3 nights visiting Miami. The staff was very kind and helpful but they prefered speaking Spanish. At the reception desk everyone was speaking English, but maintenance and cleaning staff wasn't. The room was generally speaking a bit old and used. Though the bed and the bathroom had been in good state, the kitchen had by far... More

We only stayed here one night. But the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is older but they are updating the rooms. We only wish they had balconies. They upgraded us to an ocean front room which Had been updated and was great. The room was nice and clean. Being able to sit out on a balcony would... More

We walked into a pyramid-like decor from the outside and then an immigrant / law office on the first floor. Lots of people in the lobby, so weird. We got the room through home away, the woman was nice and the room was ok but just ok, very outdated. Dingy not dirty. Pool did not seem clean, a lot of... More
