You should stay away. I read some of the reviews before and I didn't believe, but I can confirm: this is a really bad hotel in a beautiful location. one day, comming back to our room, we found a big cockroache in the kitchen area. Who knows what else is here...it's dirthy and hardly you can find someone that speaks... More

We stayed here for 3 nights visiting Miami. The staff was very kind and helpful but they prefered speaking Spanish. At the reception desk everyone was speaking English, but maintenance and cleaning staff wasn't. The room was generally speaking a bit old and used. Though the bed and the bathroom had been in good state, the kitchen had by far... More

We only stayed here one night. But the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is older but they are updating the rooms. We only wish they had balconies. They upgraded us to an ocean front room which Had been updated and was great. The room was nice and clean. Being able to sit out on a balcony would... More

We walked into a pyramid-like decor from the outside and then an immigrant / law office on the first floor. Lots of people in the lobby, so weird. We got the room through home away, the woman was nice and the room was ok but just ok, very outdated. Dingy not dirty. Pool did not seem clean, a lot of... More

We drove up from the keys and arrived late to find NO PARKING. When we booked the hotel and asked about parking we were assured they had parking. We were told " we can't help it some people bring more then one car" Dispute the fact it says in their guide only one car per room. We found parking down... More

We stayed two nights - before and after a cruise - and really regretted it. It was NOT a good value for the money we paid. The lobby looks great but….the rooms are scuzzy, not cleaned or maintained well. Funky smell was especially bad with the one with the digesting carpet. This is THE noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in.... More

Horribly rooms old unclean. In my life i never had such a bad experience. Please stay away from this place. Its not worth even 49.99 let alone 250 per night. There is nothong on the cold old tiled floor. The toilet is not clean the shower had full of hair from the past quest.

The apperance from outside is fantastic. But wen u enter to room corridors it seems u r entering a dormitory. They hav provided all amenities like fridge, microwave, gas stove, pans, glasses, toaster etc. But everything is soo Damn shabby that we didn't feel like cooking anything on them. Towels smelly. We had to buy our own towels from walgreens. No complimentary... More

This hotel, which has a lovely outdoor pool, and is right on the beach, really represents good value when compared to others along the Miami coastline. However, and in spit of the huge, quite imposing hallway, the hotel is quite basic, and has clearly seen better days!! The ladies restrooms were disgusting on our arrival, and then remained closed for... More
