After returning from an amazing cruise, we (2 couples) stayed at the Casablanca. My husband and I stayed overnight about 2 years ago and I have to tell you NOTHING HAS CHANGED! The same sign that says they are renovating is still there as well as the phones not working. I went to the front desk and asked what happens... More

Book early, my friends, or you will be stuck here. We paid $175 for 1 night, and it was not value. I feel ripped off. The front desk is not run properly. I think those girls are nice people but they have no training in welcoming a guest. They ignore you, don't say 'hello', they don't explain why you're standing... More

From the entrance , to the front desk, to the lobby, it's easy to see that this place needs more than a makeover, it needs to be NUKED ! The understaffed front desk tries but this is the least of what lies ahead. Every thing is decaying. . From chipped paint everywhere to fallen tiles it's obvious that this shoddy... More

Have read the other reviews, and so checked a few things out over our 4 day stay. The lobby is very large with 10 X 5 seater sofas all good condition, no dust or cobwebs. The reception is small, but the 2 girls do a great job, some language issues. When I was there watching, 4 different nationalities. Those complaining,... More

The worst hotel in Miami ! We had to stay 2 nights in South Beach and all the other beautiful hotel were fully booked so we decided to stay in this one. Horrible, not clean , very noisy . We just got there to sleep and that's it ! The hotel is cheap for Miami but you understand why when... More

I've been at Casablanca last year with part of the family. Last November I've been there twice with an additional 7 members of the family. The beach at the backyard is lovely. When there is sun and the wind is behaving it is great place to be. Most guests prefer to stay at the pool side at the hotel. Even... More

Appalling got to be the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. Filthy filthy. We knew as soon as we went in the lobby area and saw the ripped sofas and all the dust and cobwebs with filthy flower arrangements glued to table that it was bad but thought we'd at least check the rooms out. Had to wait til... More

We were bumped from the Sixty Sixty hotel to this hotel and upon getting there the bell hop was yelling at a customer and then we walked in to check in and the ladies behind the desk were arguing as well as arguing with a guest. we were then given a suite and the room was dirty half filled with... I was very leery of staying in this hotel because of the reviews on here, but we had it booked for months and said what the heck, its only for a night. We arrived from our flight and went straight to the hotel to see if we could check in, everything I had read said "NO WAY" but we were... More

The place is run by a bunch of very young front desk staff who have no idea what they are doing. We paid for an ocean view room and got a view of the 7 Eleven. We complained and had to switch rooms the next day. Fine. They took our bags while we waited for our room. They left our... More
