We arrived via plane to miami international airport on 5/12. We got our rental car and headed to the hotel. We arrive at the hotel ( tiny drive way to pull in ). There was a red notice on the doors that the hotel was to be shut down due to failure to fix an "unsafe structure" by 5/14... the... More

This is the worst hotel in the world. Do not stay there. The entire hotel is a bad joke. Nothing work at all. 1. Elevator: expired certificat of operation. Good luck and have a nice trip. 2. Dirty room and disgusting bathroom. 3. No internet in the room. 4. No hot water. 5. We experience a power outage in our... More

Worse place ever! Everything in that room was broken, even the TV. Due to a loud noise the ac was making, my husband & I had to move to another room that wasn't even worth $40/night. The most annoying thing was the keys. I don't know how many times we went to the front desk to fix our room cards.... More

Worse hotel stay ever!!! Just like everyone else said, showed up at 3pm and and the room was not ready. But, they did give us "free passes" to the casablanca hotel to use their pool (that shoukd have been my first clue) Nevertheless, we went with it, I mean it's a "resort" after all?? Finally get checked in around 530pm.... More

So I thought we were getting a pretty good deal but man was I wrong. When we first tried checking in was told the room wasn't ready which was fine when we came back an hour and a half later they put us in a room. Someone ha to walk us to our room and unlock the door because the... More

Check in was a disaster, our room wasn't ready until about 5pm and they still charged us to store our luggage. I asked if there was a bathroom for me to change in so we could head out to the beach while we waited, I was directed upstairs to either an abandoned or under construction area with a dingy bathroom... As many people have said, you get what you pay for. This is a relatively cheap hotel, and as such, it is located a little further away from the 'action' than I would have liked. However, I thought the hotel was very good overall. There was ample parking and the rooms were large and comfortable, we also had an excellent... More
