The Palms Hotel and Spa is a price driven hotel. You go there if you have a good bargain. It is not at all "the special thing", if you have a good deal it is an "okay' four stars hotel. On the other hand if you are looking for little details that make a guest feel special in a hotel,... more

Thanks to Deborah De La Iglesia and the staff at the Palms South Beach Hotel my wedding became a magical expierence. My wife and I had worried before the big day that everything would be incredible. The staff at the Palms South Beach Hotel really took us in and made the entire week work out perfectly all the way from... more

I stayed at the The Palms Hotel - south beach for a long weekend mixing business with pleasure and a little R & R. The hotel and everything about it was excellent! It is located - slap bang on the beach and fortunately around a 10 minute taxi drive from the craziness of Ocean Blvd! - so you can get... more

So many good things to say about The Palms!! We just returned from 5 days 4 nights of a quick vacation there. The only negative, we had a bit of rain, nothing The Palms could do about that, but guess what, they DID. Everyone treated us so well, I was blown away and pleased that they realized the weather was... more

We were greeted at the check in desk by very helpful & courteous staff, and two very weary travellers were soon inside a spacious, clean comfortable bedroom overlooking the beach. The food in this restaurant was superb and not expensive. Check out was simple & staight forward, again, with pleasant & courteous staff. Would highly recommend this hotel and would... more

Stayed here for one night, in an Ocean View suite. The room was well appointed, and very large, with flat screen TV and free WiFi internet. Was surprised to find on check out that it wasn't a remodeled room, and that it was still to be upgraded, all I can say is that when the remodeling is complete, the rooms... more

I was hesitant to book this hotel, because I had read some mixed reviews, but was very glad I did. The inside of the hotel is absolutely beautiful; has this breezy tropical vibe. It also has a fabulous restaurant on premises and a great brunch. The pool is large and there are plenty of chairs, which isnt always the case.... more

My husband and I stayed 1-night on 06/08/09 in a Jr Suite on the 11th floor with ocean view. Abandoned hotels all around...next door & across the street. A hotel 2 doors down is having the exterior completely renovated so while you're at the pool/beach, there is a lot of heavy construction noise. Not relaxing! Likely the other abandoned hotels... more

We held our Italian wedding reception at The Palms hotel on Feb 7th and we were fully delighted by the service and organization of the whole event. Our Wedding planner Deborah was absolutely professional, nice and resourceful. She went beyond our expectations to propose different ideas&solutions and fix last minute changes. I would recommend this place in a heart beat... more

I held my wedding at The Palms Hotel on the evening of April 4, 2009. I feel so fortunate that my husband and I had the opportunity to celebrate our marriage at such an incredible location where we, and our guests, were all treated like royalty. This hotel is truly one of Miami’s hidden gems – but with all the... more
