Price is okay speacially because of the location. Room does not have a safe, a basic gap for any hotel. I recommend anyway.

This is an interesting place. I stayed for business but was perturbed by the resort fee, parking fee, and early termination fee. Apparently, if you leave early, they charge you $100. I got it in writing that if I leaves early, they wouldn't charge me.
The hotel lobby is magnificent; the beach and pool are nice. The rooms are a...

The hotel was in a perfect location and the friendly staff made for a fantastic weekend. They will easily work with any group to try to get rooms and are super attentive to a large groups needs. Outstanding staff will definitely return in the future.

I stayed at the Miami Beach Resort on New Year's Eve (2011) and New Year's Day (2012). It was seemingly the cheapest of places to stay on Collins Avenue, in contrast to all of the other hotels surrounding it that were charging double and triple the amount that it cost to stay at the Beach Resort.

Nice and clean, fairly good facilities, nice rooms, fairly quiet area
Nothing really in the area except hotels and apartments

This was one of the dirtiest and unpleasant hotels I have ever stepped into! We had 2 rooms that were supposed to be either connecting or across from each other. They move us around 4 times until finally they gave us connecting room that they originall claimed were "unavailable". One of the rooms had the drapes ripped off by a...

We arrived at 9pm for 2 nights & at check-in were required to pay 2 days resort fees, this gave us access to internet, use of pool & a key to use the mini bar in room. We advised the lady at reception that we would not be using the pool or internet or mini bar but we were told...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel the night before we left for a cruise. It was pouring down rain outside during our entire stay so unfortunately, we didn't get to experience the hotel or beach.
The inside of the hotel is beautiful and the staff at the front desk is very nice (though a little difficult to understand...

Old property like many in this part of Miami Beach. Reasonably well maintained, but carpets in the rooms could definitely stand an upgrade. Beds are comfortable with high thread-count sheets and bathrooms have reasonably modern fixtures, good water pressure in showers and reasonable space. The views are good, from my room you could see both the intercoastal waterway and the...

After numerous delays at the airport, we finally made our way to the hotel, arriving about 8:30 pm. We were greeted by Roy at the Valet station, who is an asset to the hotel; he answered a whole bunch of questions for me, unloaded the bags and directed me to check in. When we can back later to grab the...
