We stayed at the Albion for 2 nights in October and wished we hadn't ! This was supposed to be an upgrade from the allocated Hotel in Miami , so the original must have been awful. The lobby was not clean and looked damp. We were shown to our room which had dirty windows and was on the side of... more

We stayed at the Albion for eight nights. We found the room to be of a very good size, very clean and well decorated, with lots of electrical outlets, and everything else one would need! I was a little worried after reading comments from other guests, but I really dont know what they are complaining about! The hotle is fabulous.... more

We stayed at the Albion for 2 nights before heading to Key Largo. We had booked a buddy room but were upgraded to a larger room for free. The hotel was decent with very comfortable beds and plenty of mirrors in the room which was great since there were several of us getting ready to go out at the same... more

Great hotel centrally located and one block from beach and shopping. I'm a smoker and stayed on the 6th floor (smoking floor). Lots of light in the room, clean, complimentary coffee each morning, and friendly, professional staff. I highly recommend the hotel. I walked in to ask about prices after checking out of the Chesterfield Hotel up the road where... more

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in August this year and really enjoyed our stay in Miami. The Albion is in a really convenient location, right next to the shops & restaurants of Lincoln Road mall and just off Washington Avenue (home of Miami Ink studios). It's a 10 minute walk to the beach and the duck... more

The location is great. It is few minutes from Lincon Road and teen minutes from Ocean Drive. Staff is very polite, helpful and professiona. I stayed in the "buddy room" at a very cheap rate (75 Eur per night). It is a small room but it is very comfortable if you are alone. In 2008 I would expect a LCD... more

It was our second stay at the Albion and it will definitely be the last. We had reserved a "buddy room" on Hotelclub.com, and that's what we were given (a very very small room). But having seen on the hotel website that they offered to upgrade for free, I asked the reception if that would be possible. The guy at... more

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Miami-well it was fantastic once we checked out of The Albion and went to a new hotel ! When my husband and I walked into the lobby after travelling for 10 hours our hearts sunk. What met us was just downright depressing, dreary, damp, rust, a stale smell etc, etc. Not... more

Stayed here on 5th and 6th July 08. We usually stay at the Winterhaven on Ocean Drive but would not allow 2 night stays. However, I found theis place for £140 for 2 nights for 2 adults. Good Price. The room was huge corner room with views of walgreens and the busy Lincoln Ave. However, the noise was non-existent! Hotel... more

If, like me, you are a smoker it can be difficult finding a hotel in South Beach that permits smoking but you can in the 6th floor rooms of the Albion Hotel. Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a pristine one-bedroom suite (I recommend calling the hotel directly - they offered better prices than any online booking service). The... more
