phone and movies did not work, toilet kept blocking and an alarm test was done in the middles of the night. the last straw was the cleaner leaving our door open......... worst place i have ever stayed all imcompetent staff. more

I don't understand how this hotel can be called a Resort. Stayed here for a convention on 11/13-11/15/09. Where to start..the lobby is nice. And that's where it ends. This place is an absolute hole. Filthy rugs, the curtains in the room had HUGE holes. Maid service horrible, desk staff indifferent, like a third world country.
