The lobby was excellent and the beach area was great....the rest was shameful!! I arrived about 12:30 a.m. upon losing my luggage to Northwest Airlines to check in to a room that was reminiscent of a Stephen King novel. THere were no comforters on the beds, the beds themselves was one set of mattress and box springs split into two... more

We were placed in this hotel by the USA volleyball organization for the national volleyball tournament. Our room was old and run down. They literally padlock ALL of the doors across the back of the hotel at dark where you cannot go to the pool or beach at night. The management says they don't have security out back at night.... more

We made our second stay at this hotel in June 2009. It used to be a Radisson... and it used to be the haunt of the jet-set in the 60s and 70s. The swooping entrance canopy is an impressive bit of Miami architecture. Today it is a bit faded in parts and is lower star-rated... but there has been a... more

My room key never worked right. I had to move it around and jam it and get it rekeyed and it still didn't work. I was told that their would be no resort fee because we were part of the Bureau of Labor Statistics Group and that we could use the pool and the beach and they still tried to... more

Rooms are dirty and stinky. Even though they say all rooms are non-smoking, the first room we were given stunk cigarettes' smoke. when asked to change the room we were offered to "spray something" in the room. After we insisted on a new room it was given, but we had to move all our stuff ourselves. New room stunk carpet... more

I found this hotel from internet and decide to give it try when I was on business trip to Miami. It turned out to be a good choice. The hotel room is big with very comfortable beds. Easy access to the beach, etc. The only thing I do not like is that one of the front desk staff was very... more

I went to celebrate my 50th birthday with my family and we all had a wonderful experience. Since the moment we checked in, during our stay and until the last day everything was perfect. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel location is excellent, with very easy access to the beach. The rooms and facilities were clean.... more
