The Viscay is a great little hotel situated in an excellent location on Collins and 10th. I had a large spacious room on the 2nd floor which had a great kitchen space and large comfy bed with space for sofa, dining table and two chairs. All staff I met were friendly and attentive, the breakfast was a welcome addition, though... More

You might not notice the Viscay Hotel from the street, but it is a very good option in South Beach. The hotel feels very authentic Art Deco, with vintage furnitures and plumbing. It is very clean and well kept. Although it is very central, this is not too noisy. (Our room was on 10th street. A room on Collins Road... More

Barbara Capitman was largely responsible for the movement to preserve the Art Deco buildings in Miami Beach. One of the late period art Deco structures saved is now the Viscay hotel. Dating from 1941, it is not as flamboyant as some others, but it has a quiet, gracious charm. There is a tenet not all that often followed in rehabilitating... More

One block from the beach which was nice but the rooms were sparse. Bed was ok, breakfast was fine but could have used some fruit and yogurt not just bread products. We were lucky to find parking - right outside the side door and cost was $20 per night through the hotel. Quite noisy and it wasn't even the weekend.... More

Besides the large and comfortable rooms, Viscay Hotel offers a great localization in South Beach, just one block away from the Art Deco Center and the beach. The hotel offers a simple, although good breakfast with croissants and coffee. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone who appreciates to stay in a good location for a good price. In my nest... More

Found this hotel by pure luck. Price was great for a suite. So handy to have our own kitchen. Room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. No elevator, but only two floors so not a big problem. Continental breakfast was adequate - appreciated the delicious ice cold orange juice. Location is ideal - close to everything, but... More

Hotel located in the center of south beach activities. Nicely priced for a SoBe stay. No pool, no bar in the hotel, nice hotel staff, big room. Had a street side room and did hear city noises most of the night, but you are in south beach and not supposedly sleeping until 5 am , right Well worth the value... More

I visited Miami this past June, stayed at Viscay, liked it so much that I stayed again, location is perfect, only a block away from the beach and centered where all the hotspots are off Ocean Dr. Small, quiet hotel, close enough enjoy the night life yet a block away to enjoy peace and quiet at night. Will definitely continue... More

Very good location close to beach and restaurants. No seaview though. Big clean room with comfortable bed and interior. Linens and towels were lovely and fresh. Don't expect much for breakfast, it's all foam cups and paper plates with only a few bites and some toast. Other than the lack of protein at breakfast and the foam cups, I can... More

excellent location, parking available on the other side of the street($25/day), small hotel but with some deco features (dont expect ultra modern), friendly staff, breakfast is small but sufficient, probably not suited for small children as there is no gameroom or pool
