The best adjective I can think of for this hotel is "seedy," It does appear fairly clean, but no effort at all has been made to make it attractive. We booked for 10 days, and were promised two beds and wireless internet service in the room. When we got there, we were told to pay in advance (that was a clue something was wrong as most places don't run a credit card until one leaves.) When we got to the room, there was one bed instead of two, there was an empty little room where the 2nd bed had been, and we were then told, when we couldn't get on the internet, that the signal didn't reach to our room. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bedspread looked like it had been on the bed since the 60's., We complained, and were offered another, larger room, with more beds, but a couch with another relic from the 60's--an awful looking throw.
