I was originally booked at la Flora Hotel at 1200 block of Collins Avenue, where they told me about some "flood" and relocation to another hotel. This was "another" hotel. When I arrived, front desk staff was clueless about me comming, eating and sitting at the front desk. he was friendly but that should be the first clue where I... more

We stayed there for 4 days and never got our room cleaned! No fresh towels, no toilet paper!I asked for a hairdrier 3 times and never got it. Seif was broken and we left money in a room. They disappiered. When we told the manager our complains she said: "We are not slaves for you"! Nobody woke us up before the... more

I stayed in this hotel from ,it was a complete dump. The rooms are nothing like the pictures, the air conditoner was taped up with gray tape. I had to constantly ask for towels, thier was only one face towel for two people. The air conditons leaked water every night, you would think that someone was pouring water on the... more

First off, when we got to Miami Beach the "hotel" we originally booked was actually a run down, super ghetto Motel with completely clueless Spanish speaking concierges...how sick is that? I had to translate for my polish friend who doesn't speak a lick of spanish the nonsense Maria was talking. Finally, we got a new hotel, which was actually a... more

My boyfriend and I stayed in South Beach overnight before leaving for a cruise the next morning. The Claremont was a great place to stay for the night. It was worlds cheaper than other hotels in the area, but definitely no frills. The lobby was very nice, modern and comfy. The front of the hotel has a great porch to... more

OK, I have to say that this is the most nasty hotel I have ever experienced. I believe sleeping out on the street would have been better. First, they trick you with the nice lobby. Once you leave the lobby- welcome to HELL. Our room smelled like God knows what, the AC didn't blow anything close to cool air. Thank... more

What a terrible experience! Avoid this hotel at all cost! I arrived around 11:30am and check-in wasn't until 3, so the receptionist held my bag while I went and ate and did a few other things. When I came back, they wanted to charge me a $100 deposit which I wasn't aware of and didn't really have the spare cash... more

Be careful! I stayed here for 2 nights in December and changed to another close hotel to save our holiday. From outside, this hotel displays a nice lobby compared to the terrible rooms they sell. When we asked about the bad quality of rooms, the receptionist said that the company has refurbished the lobby/entrance area and will renovate the rooms... more

We wanted to stay somewhere cheap but close to the beach. the staff were very nice in the lobby. The hotel looked good in the lobby, but the rooms, needed to burned. We only had one sheet on the bed, I mean one sheet, that covered an old thrown out mattress. The staff apologize that they didn't have anymore to... more

Stayed here for two weeks in December. Found hotel fine. Room was serviced every day . We felt we got great value for money. The staff were particularly helpful especially Alex who went out of his way for us. It was convenient to everythiing and close to the beach. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone. Sheila... more
