Clean and comfortable rooms and very good value. Fantastic location less than 5 minutes from the beach. Also excellent location for the Art Deco hotels. James Ave is between Collins Ave and Washington Ave, and it's on the corner of 17th, so in the heart of the Art Deco District. More

bathroom very small we were charged 10$ per night for facilities which we did not use and were told we still had to pay because they were there. this hotel is one big rip off we would never recomend this hotel. More
