We found the Four Points by Sheraton delightful, the room (Jr. suite) was roomy and a very nice view of the beach and pool area. We found the staff friendly and the manager was very helpful in getting a reservation error corrected. We liked is so much we made new reservations to bring the kids. more

My wife and I were on a tour from Orlando to the Keys and this was the last place before flying home. The room was ok but dated the bed linen and the pillows were no where near the high standard of Sheraton nor were the usual bath room freebies. We had a reservation for a long week end with my family, coming from Switzerland. After 3 hours of being in the hotel, and while at the beach, someone entered our room, and stole all our belongings, including documents, electronics, etc. You can imagine. I visit South Beach 6+ times a year. I have stayed all over --- this was my first time at the Four Points. WOW. The rate was WELL below the standard SoBe rate ... and the value was phenomenal! The staff was professional and courteous ... the lobby area was well presented and well maintained ... the restaurant was great... more

Stayed at the four points fir 10 nights and had a great time. Nice, clean room, AC doing a proper job and great view at the ocean. Would definately go back for another stay. more
